At Riverstone Retreat, everything is set up for easy boating, great fishing, and relaxing days on the water—without the hassle.

Boating & Fishing Convenience

Located just 3 blocks from a public boat ramp, you can launch in minutes and enjoy the freedom of keeping your boat in the water throughout your stay.

Private dock for tying up and easy access
We have 2 paddle boards (1 is inflatable) and 3 single kayaks, and 1 double kayak ( we have 7 adult life jackets, 1 infant life jacket, and 1 child life jacket)
Also have a large inflatable 8 person floating C-dock and a 4 person inflatable ring.
Ample trailer parking—bring your boat with no stress
Ideal setup for fishing trips, scalloping, and river cruising

The covered ground-level area under the home is the perfect place to relax when you are not on the water. Enjoy the shade, breeze, large fans, and even a motorized screen for privacy, while spending time with family and friends.

Host was very easy to communicate and work with! Especially since we have a 1 year old that can always add a twist to some things! Loved the kayaks and corn hole amenities! Everything was very clean. Would definitely stay at this place again!

Host was extremely easy to communicate with. The house is perfect and had everything we needed for our getaway. Grilling, kayaking , corn hole, floating dock with floating rafts. The property inside and out is super clean, and well maintained. Extra nice feature downstairs was the turf and the screened in area that has remotes to open and close the screens facing the water. 100% we will be back.

This location couldn’t have been better! Right on the river with a private dock, plenty of floats for the water, and just a short walk to Upper Deck for food and drinks.The house itself was spacious and clean. One of our favorite features was the shaded area underneath the house. Between the ping pong table, cornhole, and relaxing by the water, there was always something to do. The grill was awesome and made it easy to cook and enjoy evenings outside.Whether you’re looking to kayak, float the river, grill out, or simply unwind with friends, this place has everything you need. The combination of the river access, outdoor amenities, and location made for a great stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We chose this neighborhood because it gives you the best of Weeki Wachee — quiet canal living, easy access to the water, and a relaxed coastal feel without being overly crowded.

We love that guests can enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking, wildlife, and beautiful spring-fed water nearby. The public boat ramp is just a few blocks away, making it easy to launch for a day on the water, then come back and relax at the house.
