“Sandy Dunes” are easy to find at this coastal four-bedroom home. At just steps away from the sugary sand beaches and emerald hued waters of the gulf, beach living is easy here. This three-story home tucked in a private neighborhood, also has upper balconies that overlook the pristine waters of our gulf, so that you can take in the sunrise and unwind.

Downstairs on the first floor, you will find a comfortable seating nook adjacent to the small bonus kitchen that includes a fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. Here, you can enjoy the convenience of an “indoor cabana”, crafting your favorite foods inside, to enjoying drinks at the sparkling pool outside. Natural vines wind up and over the white fencing for a courtyard style retreat with tall palm trees bordering the patio. Ample seating is available to relax and lounge in the sunshine. There is also a guest bedroom on the 1st floor with a king-sized bed, and with the kitchenette and seating area, can serve as separate living quarters for any guest or family member.
The second floor has a large open living area enhanced by coastal décor and honey toned floors. Seating flags the large flat screen TV, with two sofas and additional lounge chairs. One of these sofas doubles as a queen sleeper sofa. Access to the balcony is just steps away overlooking the patio area. The large kitchen features wrap around granite counter tops, accentuated by a large island with additional bar style seating throughout. There is also a separate formal dining room with seating for eight. The surrounding windows allow for natural light and exterior views to enjoy your meals.

The top floor gains you access to the King Master Suite, along with a private luxury bathroom that contains a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Access to your own private balcony is here as well, where views of the distant gulf and the breezy beach air can be enjoyed. Down the hall are two nicely decorated guest bedrooms, with two queen sized beds in one bedroom and two twin bunks with a single trundle in the other. These rooms also share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
While the neighborhood is private, you are in the heart of Miramar Beach with access to grocery stores, wine shops, coastal restaurant destinations, and upscale shopping locales a short distance away. Silver Sands Premium Outlets is a popular locale with discount designer ware and boutique restaurants, or you can head to nearby Sandestin, and enjoy The Villages of Baytowne Wharf for family fun and shopping.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.
