POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

Check in was easy and house was spacious. Kitchen was big with ample seating but not much silverware and can opener did not work. There are 2 refrigerators so lots of storage for food.

Great house for a beach vacation

The house was very nice. It was super convenient, just steps away from beach access and was nice and clean when we went in. There is a dollar store and a surf store within walking distance and is super close to the outlets. The pool was a little small, but the kids enjoyed the heated pool while it was a little chilly out.

Location location location!

Beautiful property with very close proximity to one of the best beaches we have had the pleasure of enjoying! Host was very attentive, the check-in and out process was effortless and we had everything we needed while staying. One of the best Florida vacations we have had so far!

Fantastic location

I Definitely recommend this property. Fantastic location, great Beach access, and beautiful ocean views from the third floor balcony. Property was very clean and well kept, the manager checked in with us to see how things were going and if we needed anything during the week. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house was exactly like the listing. Very comfortable beds!! And just a few steps to the beach which was perfect for us with young kids and an 8 month pregnant daughter. We LOVED the house and property and will be booking again!!

Five Star For Sure!!!

We 100% enjoyed our stay and have 0 complaints. The host was amazing, kept in touch, and gave us advice and tips for the rainy day! The neighborhood was super cute, quiet, safe, and close to everything INCLUDING the beach. Great view and very short walk to the water, like under 2 minutes. The property was so nice and comfy. Pool was nice and a maintenance guy came to make sure it stayed clean. Really am amazing overall experience.

Great home to stay just steps away from the beach.

We felt very safe at our visits to Sandy Dunes. Not only was it just a few steps away from the beach (probably closer than what it seems on the pictures,) but the home was very spacious and fit all our group well. We had 4 couples, so 8 people total, so the only thing we wish could have been different was putting one of the two queens in the room with the bunk beds. Other than that, we have no complaints and had a great stay. Thanks for being so easy to work with and making our trip great.

Location is key!

The location of this place is hard to beat! The street is relatively quiet and it’s just a short walk over the “bridge” to a portion of uncrowded beach. We loved it for this reason! The layout was good for our group but the house and furnishings did show wear and age in some places. The electric can opener was broken and we just happened to need it, but the neighbors were friendly and let us use theirs. Overall, the communication was great and location even better!! Enjoyed our trip.

Good vibes!

We had the best stay! While not right on the beach, its proximity was just as easy. The patio area was very nice and pri aye although it could use a patio table for enjoying meals. The pool looks small but it was perfect for a relaxing dip or to sit and enjoy the sun. The main floor of the home was open and full of light and was great for our large group. The master bedroom had the best view in the house and was very private. The bed was super comfortable the only drawback to this room was there wasnt an outlet next to the bed to plug in a charger. The property manager was very attentive and had great communication. We will definitely stay at this property again if it is available for our next big trip.

House location to the beach was its #1 quality. Beach equipment/paddleboard/kayak/games for use at the house were a money saver. House cleanliness was slightly above average. Response from rental company to problems with plumbing were prompt. One minor concern was kitchen equipment was somewhat lacking: 1 pot holder only for both kitchens, lack of a enough plates & glasses, lack of enough serving bowls/platters.

Spring Break 2024

My wife and I stayed with my daughter and her friends for spring break. The house was perfect and in a great location with just a very short walk to the beach. The home was very clean and just as advertised. More than enough room for our large party. Only hiccup we had was the pool heater was not working for the first 2 days of our stay but the property manager called and let me know before we even arrived. She said it would be fixed ASAP and by Monday afternoon it was up and running and she refunded me for 2 days of pool heating. Really great company to rent from. Would definitely and probably will stay here again. The Pate's

Labor Day trip

Unfortunately, the home can use some major updating. There isn’t comfortable living area furniture, the master bedroom had no storage for our clothes so lived out of a suitcase all week. The property wasn’t very clean, walls need painting and carpet needs to be installed over “padding”. The area was very noisy with parties and fireworks every night. Therefore, our babies were woken up each night. I reached out to the property management regarding our issues but have not received a response yet. The location to the beach was great.
