Cooper Cottages offers 8 designer-restored. 1930s ocean-block beach cottages in Rehoboth Beach that combine elevated coastal style with practical, family-friendly comfort. These are not oversized luxury homes or generic vacation rentals. They are thoughtfully restored, dog-friendly cottages designed for walkable beach living, chef-ready kitchens, and relaxed gatherings just steps from Rehoboth Beach and baordwalk.
COTTAGE 11: This restored 1930s ocean-block cottage carriage house, featured in Cottages & Bungalows, blends vintage character with modern comfort in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. Thoughtfully updated while preserving classic architectural details, it offers an open kitchen and dining layout designed for relaxed gathering after beach days.
Located on the ocean-block, the carriage house offers steps to the beach and boardwalk and a short stroll to town. Rehoboth Avenue shopping, dining, and entertainment are easily accessible on foot, and Dewey Beach nightlife is a short drive or bike ride away.
The carriage house sits behind and adjacent to the main house, directly behind the primary parking area. The setting provides walk-to-everything convenience with a slightly tucked-away feel while remaining part of the Cooper Cottages ocean-block property.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-In: 4:00 PM / Check-Out: 10:00 AM. No early check-ins or late check-outs during summer season or without prior authorization. Progressive fees may apply for all guest remaining in units past 10AM.
PARKING POLICY
May 15-Sept 15, 2023 - VALID REHOBOTH BEACH TOWN PERMITS REQUIRED FOR ALL STREET PARKING. We provide parking for 2 cars. Depending on your cottage you will have designated private off-street parking and/or parking permits. Permits are required in-season (May 15-Sept 15, 2023). Parking is free during off-season (Sept. 16, 2022 -May 14, 2023). By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. The cottage does not take responsibility or accept liability for parking violations, damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property. We reserve the right to tow vehicles. Parking permits must be returned prior to check-out. $300 fee per tag for missing or lost permits.
PET POLICY
All pets must be confirmed prior to check-in. Cottages 11 is NOT PET-FRIENDLY. Additional $50 per day fee. Dogs only; 2 dogs max. Fees will be added after initial booking. Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or expense caused by their pet. Guests agree to 1 - always keep their pet under control. 2 - keep their pet restrained, tethered, if necessary, when it is outside their dwelling. 3 - adhere to local ordinances, including leash and licensing requirements. 4 - not to leave their pet unattended for any unreasonable periods. 5- clean up after their pet and to dispose of their pet's waste properly and quickly. 6- keep their pet from being unnecessarily noisy or aggressive and causing any annoyance or discomfort to others and will remedy immediately any complaints made through the Manager.7-Refrain from allowing pets on furniture.
FIREPLACE POLICY
Fireplaces are NON-FUNCTIONAL and should not be used at any time. Violators will be charged for all damage.
SMOKING POLICY
Cooper Cottages is a smoke-free vacation. No smoking in any spaces under the roof of the cottage; including all porches and areas near other cottages. A $500 smoking fee will be charged for violations and guest(s) may be asked to vacate the property.
MINIMUM AGE POLICY
All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm accommodations at Cooper Cottages. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification. CLEANING POLICY Room refreshes will not be offered during stays. Washer/dryer units are in each cottage. Extra cleaning fees may apply if house rules aren’t followed.
NOISE / EVENT POLICY
No events, parties or loud or unruly permitted on premises. Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Multiple violations and guest(s) will be asked to vacate the property.
