Kim was super responsive and accommodating. The house is as described and shown in the pictures. Our family enjoyed our stay and cant wait to return soon.

The property was well decorated with many amenities. The property ground offers access to a nice club house. The house is well located in a nice community and friendly area. My experience was nice and pleasant with owner.

This house had everything we needed! Plenty or bedrooms and baths for 5 adults, lounging space, all kitchen & bathroom necessities. Pool was lovely and semi private on a corner lot. Lots of security in the complex and a great common area activity center.

Wonderful home with plenty of room for all of us! Close to Disney & grocery stores/cvs, etc, great community pool, playground & clubhouse. Overall we had a wonderful stay!! Some recommendations: extra blankets in each room, a blackout curtain for “kids” bedrooms & some mixing bowls for the kitchen. We would stay here again for sure!

The rental was in good shape, clean and accommodating. Issue with the resort listing after hours check in tell our gust there was no parking as unit was allowed 3 cars, rental rep. Cleared this up as the unit was alowed 4 cars but this was a day after.All other aspects of our stay was enjoyable. Would recomend and stay again.

Nice, big, well-fitted house in nice community approximately 35 drive time minutes from Disney World and 45 minutes from Universal and the airport. Owner Kim is very responsive. Having a private pool was a hit.

This property was amazing. It was just as shown in the pictures. We had six adults and three children (9 months to 5 years old) stay for seven days. It’s a gated community and security is present at all times. The community pool and amenities are incredible; clean and well maintained. Playground, putt putt golf, restaurant, lazy river, kids pool, water slides all clean and fun. Trash is picked up daily. Groceries, gas, restaurants, shopping all within minutes. The property is well maintained and Kimberly was easy to communicate with. Pool was nice and had a security fence around it within the enclosure for our little guests safety (which I loved). High chair and playpen were available. Beds are comfortable. Plenty, plenty, plenty of room for all 9 of us. They provide you with starters for laundry, dish detergent, toilet paper etc. They also have plenty of kitchen resources and a pantry where you can find misc items like some spices and paper plates etc (i think it might be a collection of what guests leave but I am not sure). We put all the extra items we left in the pantry. The waffle maker was a huge hit as our little (and big) people had waffles almost every morning. About 20 minutes to Disney and about 50 minutes to Universal. I highly recommend this property and cannot say enough good things about it.

Great accommodations for our family. Spacious for our family of 7. The pool and hot tub were clean, and we appreciate our host Kimberly so much. She was super responsive in turning on the pool heater and securing the grill for our stay. Univeral Studio was wonderful. The movie room was great. The closets are spacious and in every bedroom. The bathrooms were super clean. The kitchen was clean and everything was in working order. Again, we are so happy with our stay! We are looking forward to Disney next June! The grandkids are so excited although we didn't use the community center, we were happy to have that option! Family vacation in Florida rates 5 we would love to secure a property for next vaca...CLOSER to Disney.

This property was a perfect fit for our family which included adults and children. We enjoyed the convenience of the parks without having to stay on property. We also enjoyed the amenities provided - pool, put-put golf, workout facilities, etc. Communications with the owner was excellent - she always responded immediately. Thanks for a great week!

The house was beautiful and very accommodating for our group of 8. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and the clubhouse had lots of amenities. Getting into the property was sometimes delayed with a long line of guests but it wasn't an issue. Would highly recommend this property!

Our family celebrated 2 birthdays and Disneyworld while staying here and had such a great time. The whole family had space to come together and spread out. Such a gem of a find.

Great place!!

Great place in guarded gated community. Free access to community pool, lazy river mini-golf and snack center. Location is full of short-term rentals so holiday weekends may pose parking challenges if you bring more than 3 cars that would be the max you could fit in the driveway.
