The house has a swimming pool (which can be heated to 94F, as recommended by the responsible team). But you can still use the condominium club, which has a restaurant, swimming pools, water slides, kids pool, arcades, cinema, sand volleyball court. In addition Windsor shop, restaurant, trolleys and tennis courts. We charge for heating the pool and use of the barbecue. You can inquire about prices with us.

* For pool heating we charge US$ 40.00 per day for a minimum of 4 nights.The activation must be requested in advance. Because the pool takes about 24 hours to reach the maximum temperature due to the volume of water to be heated.
* The pool is wonderful is a delight. You will enjoy it a lot. But don't forget that children should not have access to the pool without adult supervision. ATTENTION – PARKING RULES AT WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE:
* All guests must stop at the gatehouse on Tripoli Ct. upon arrival.
* It is mandatory to present a reservation confirmation with:
* Property address
* Check-in and check-out dates
* Names of the reservation
* Access to the community is only allowed with an access card (proxy card), which is provided at check-in by the resort.
* A one-time fee of $20 per vehicle will be charged at the gate.
* Maximum of 1 vehicles per reservation.
* Additional vehicles will not be allowed to enter and must be parked outside the community.
About the Access Cards (Proxy Cards):
* Issued at the gatehouse upon presentation of a valid ID or passport along with the reservation confirmation.
* Valid until 10:00 AM on the check-out day.
* For exits and re-entries after this time, proof of late check-out is required.
Other Important Information:
* Long-term renters must register at the clubhouse to purchase access cards ($10 each).
* Frequent visitors may receive passes valid for up to 3 days, renewable at the gatehouse.
- GARBAGE DISPOSAL
Please put garbage on the bench or in the garbage can daily to maintain a clean home.
- CLEANING
There is no daily cleaning service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
-ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not be delivered, as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX will deliver them.
In some resorts, packages are delivered to the club. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.
