Hello, I am an international flight attendant based in Florida and my business partner is a retired History/Geography/Economics Teacher. We live nearby in Atascadero. I also offer Insta-Concierge services for shopping/requests during your vacation stay. My absolute favorite things about this house is that its spacious and open, and is equipped with everything you will need, and you can easily walk everywhere for food/Cocktails/Beach.

Easy 8 /9minutes walking/biking to Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary/PismoStateBeach( takes me and partner all of 8 minutes). If you are looking for fun and entertainment or a peaceful vacation all within easy walking distance to food/stores/bars and Oceano Dunes/Pismo State Beach/PismoBeachGolfCourse, this is the House.

1 Master & 2 Queen beds. Loveseat pulls out into a twin bed. Two(2) Full size air mattresses located in Garage. Private master bathroom. Balcony patio decks with views of The Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary and peek a boo view of ocean from balcony patio deck connected to Master bedroom. Nice enclosed fenced backyard for children and pets(dog run located on the side of the house in the backyard), Laundry room, fully equipped kitchen. Large enclosed 2 car garage, with extra areas for parking. We offer Insta-Concierge Services for your requests/needs. The house is located in a residential neighborhood, so your not overwhelmed with congestion from visiting tourists. Great for families because you can actually walk/bike or drive your vehicles onto the beach and park and set up camp for the day. Bike/ATVs Rentals/PublicTransportation/GroverBeachAmtrak Station all within easy walking distance from the House. The house is centrally located so if you have to drive to the grocery stores/WalMart/Target/pharmacy its all nearby. I offer Insta-Concierge services for shopping/cleaning/ or whatever you may need during your stay.
