Arrive in daylight. Some people might have a hard time finding it at night. Bring your own kitchen towels. Mixing bowls. Extra bathroom towels. ICE is needed. Good for large families. Very quiet.

Amazing stay

Great location and even better property. 4 of us fit comfortably and enjoyed the amenities. Would stay again and highly recommend. About 45 minutes (without traffic) to Yosemite park entry.

Beautiful setting, adequately furnished, comfy beds. Ant infestation when we arrived but the ant spray in the house alleviated them overnight.

Comfortable spacious home

The home was comfortable, spacious, private, and well-located. We enjoyed using the pool table and the kids loved playing in the backyard.

The house was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed and more! We loved the hot tub and all the rec. stuff. Beds are good and the house is spacious and clean which is great for a family. The yard was not really kempt but it is probably because of the early season. The outdoor shower was an absolute disaster. Might as well put a sign on it -"Out of Order". Because of those small things, we did not give it a five.

College Graduation trip to Yosemite

Very nice sized bedrooms. Pool table and ping pong table were great additions. Outdoor back patio was so nice. The waterfall was a nice touch. Great location to go to Yosemite every day. Near to Mariposa and Oakhurst which was convenient for groceries and restaurants. The owner was easy to get in touch with and was helpful. Would highly recommend!

Mariposa VRBO

Very peaceful and quiet. Appreciated the firm mattress in the master bedroom. My constructive criticism would be to replace the sofa in front of the TV which we found to be uncomfortable. There is an another very comfortable sofa facing a window however!

Well-equipped, clean, and serene home about an hour away from Yosemite. We loved the pool and ping pong tables. The bedrooms were adequate, and the bathrooms well-supplied. The kitchen was well equipped too. The owners had thought of all the little things you need when you're travelling. They even had an icebag to carry our stuff for a picnic!There is a nice backyard with a grille, etc. that we didn't end up using much, as we were away at Yosemite park most of the time.The only issue we had was with some ants in the bathroom. I wish the bedrooms had slightly better lighting, but that is not a big deal. If you don't mind traveling about 45 minutes to an hour to Yosemite each way, this is a very nice rental.We requested a late checkout at the last minute, and the host graciously accepted. Communication with the host was easy and quick.We would highly recommend this for families or groups travelling to the YNP area.

Yosemite Getaway

The property was nice. The check in process was not good. We did not have the access codes to the gate and doors. And then we tried to reach the owner but there was no cell Service or internet. Very frustrating part of the process.

Great property

Had a relaxing time. Frank was great. Helped us with any questions we had and was pleasant to work with. The property is beautiful. Natural rocks, small lake, beautiful surroundings. Thank you!

President’s Day Getaway

We had a fun weekend getaway in this great-for-entertaining house with pool table and ping pong. Huge property with lake was fun to explore (the kids loved climbing boulders), and hikes in and around Yosemite are just a short drive away.
