Poorly maintained, items broken, not useable. Arrived Sat, w/note fr: Itrip, Maintenance would arrive Mon morn. to fix sink: 2nd bthrm, sink on floor blocking most of bthrm. Mon, waited on Maintenance, arrived at 11:15, fixed Kitchen sink issue, looked at other issues, told us sink will arrive sometime soon & they'dbe back.They'd let us know before they came. One person couldn't sit on patio with door shut for afraid they couldn't get back inside. No notice, maintence arrived next morning, fixed broken patio door handle, that is not up to Code, leaving metal slivers on patio, said they'd call as soon as sink arrives & come back to fix. They replaced the materials in the main toilet but it was still having issues flushing. We waited, didn't hear anything. I contacted ITrip and asked if there was any news on sink. Maintenance contacted & said they'd be there next morn. between 8:30-9am. I contacted ITrip & maintenance & asked that they postpone the 3rd visit so that we could have 1 full day to enjoy our vacation.The new door handle came loose and was coming off. All 4 renters had to use the one bathroom to get ready, not just the last day, but from Saturday thru the entire stay. Host noted that I asked maintenance not to come back the last day. I really don't think that should be held against me since we wanted to try to save 1 last day of stay. Other issues, not very clean, & there were roaches, (not palmetto bugs). I requested a partial refund.

itrip Myrtle Beach South Staff was great! Check-In was smooth and quick. Condo was clean and fresh, and very relaxing. Mandy was very helpful gave us great directions and ideas on things to see and do. I already booked our next trip because Mandy earned our trust.

Beautiful location and view. Apartment was nice but sofa and beds not very comfortable. The Salty Pickle was delicious and handy. Had refrigerator trouble but Ray was a gem. He brought cooler & ice until new frig was delivered on Tues. The pool chairs were nice.

Outdated But Clean

We've stayed at this resort in 5 different units. The location and amenities are great.This condo was very clean but has not been updated. The bed in the master bdrm is 38 inches high so my 91 yr old Mom could not sleep in that room. This meant she had to sleep in a twin bed with a super hard mattress. The oven took 40 minutes to preheat to 425° and 7 inches of water took 45 minutes to boil for shrimp so I definitely don't recommend this unit if you plan to cook.It's time for a new stove. The slider to the balcony is missing the outside handle and is difficult to openn/shut, and there is only one rocker and three plastic chairs. There's no table on the balcony so we just used our cooler. Still, this condo is priced very reasonably and the location is great so if you don't care about the other issues, you can have a really good time there. The ladies at iTrip were super!

The view was outstanding ! The condo was very clean . The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked . The only downside is that it could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall all enjoyed our stay

Nice condo, one bathroom/shower was very smelly so nobody wanted to shower in there. I was a little taken back when we came back from the pool & the maintenance guy was in our condo switching out TV’s. My teen daughter & her friend had been sleeping in & I would’ve been extremely upset if he had come in when they were asleep. Plus, my purse & husbands wallet were just laying on counter. Overall, condo was nice, outdoor pool very clean & well maintained! Great area! Mandy from Itrip was amazing & very helpful!

We had a great time. Condo was very nice but the cleaning staff left a broken glass on the counter that we found on arrival and the parking was not ideal. Had to park on the street because truck would not fit in parking garage and golf carts were a huge issue with street parking. But the condo, the view, the pool deck, and beach were great! Also liked the salty pickle for snacks and drinks poolside.

Stay at Royal Garden

It wasn't as clean as I thought it should've been. TV programming wasn't good. Good location. Killed some roaches.

Family vacation

It is in a great location. We stayed on the 2nd floor, it was a bit loud because we were right above the pool area. Would recommend this condo to family and friends.
