A relaxing afternoon in your private backyard listening to the gentle creek followed by a game of pool or darts in the evening makes for a great day at this 3 bed home. Enjoy the hammock under the covered deck while your travel mate prepares dinner in the full kitchen for an evening movie on the smart TV. A highchair and playpen ensure your little one's are safe, & a large dog bed and dishes will have your canine friend feeling at home. Before lights out enjoy a soak in the large en-suite tub.

- 2 Queens, 1 Twin bed (3 bedrooms)
- Short drive to beautiful Comox lake
- Pet Friendly (dogs only, $50/stay per dog, max 2 dogs)
- Please note, the home is not fenced

Ski trip

Three night stay to ski at Mt Washington. Everything was exactly as described and was perfect for our needs. The cleaning prior to us could have used a little more attention . But a good place overall.

A weekend of respite

Our multi-generational family required a last minute stay to be close to our loved one who was in hospital. Very grateful to have found this place, which met all of our needs. Communication was excellent from these incredibly respectful hosts, we would without hesitation stay again.

Nice property

Great property, quiet and peaceful. Be prepared for a short drive to get to town, but in our case, that was exactly what we were looking for.

Short getaway

We had a blissfully relaxing three days here. The large deck is a wonderful place to sit at any time of day and enjoy the silence. The aircon inside was a huge bonus as it was very hot while we were there. Hosts were helpful and responsive.

Family Time

We had a wonderful relaxing time during our stay at your family friendly home. Our daughter and son in law joined us from Lethbridge Alberta where we spent lots of time visiting with our son and daughter in law that lives in Courtenay. We all gathered there to continue our journey to Tofino where we will be Celebrating Dad’s Birthday. We would definitely stay there on our next return. So quiet and peaceful.

Spacious, fun stay in Courtenay, BC

Great time in this semi private home stay. Lots of room, inside and out! AC, bbq, pool table and darts made it a fun time for all. Kitchen was well stocked, large laundry room and super easy in and out. 10 minutes to most everything in the valley. Thank you for sharing your home!

My family and I had an excellent time at this property. The outdoor space is amazing. Huge deck and tons of green space. The indoor was spacious and offered lots of activities such as a pool table, dart board, and board games to play. More than enough space for a family of 5. This location was also close to amenities as well as hiking trails and watering holes. 5/5

Nice getaway

The home was nice, easy to find and quiet. Definitely need a vehicle to stay here but a quick drive to town. The floor could have been cleaned better but thats easy to remmedy. Over all great stay. Recommend and would stay again.

Lovely spot with great access to beautiful landscapes

Our stay here was great! Chris was very responsive to all our questions and any issues that arose. Great kitchen that allowed several of us to be working in there at the same time. Loved all the wildlife sightings including the deer that walked through the property just 30 feet from us!

Quiet and Comfortable

What a great property to relax and recharge! Beautiful back yard, quiet and comfortable. Far enough out of the hustle and bustle that you feel like you're away from it but, still 9 mins to all the conveniences. Highly recommend!
