SERENITY COVE, perfect for the multi-family getaway vacation, is a BRAND NEW (finished Nov. 2022) luxury 7 BR / 7.5 Ba. masterfully built LAKEFRONT home (<100 steps to lake/beach). Peaceful and quiet cove with open water views on Public side. Non-motorized watercraft included for guests use. Bring your own watercraft and dock it at our dock. No summer algae blooms here. Wifi/internet with YouTubeTV, Netflix and SONOS with 3 audio zones included. Located very close to Pleasant's Landing Marina (2 min by boat; 4 min by car). Tons of activities available for all ages. The pictures don't even begin to capture how awesome the property is.

Main level - 10' ceilings. Amazing lakeviews. King MBR (owner suite with massive private bath); Massive gourmet kitchen w/ superior appliances: 48" gas 6-burner cooktop. Dbl oven w/ convection. 2 full size refrigerators; 2 dishwashers; microwave. Fully equipped kitchen with massive island and 4 bar stools. Bar area includes prep sink; beverage fridge, gourmet icemaker and barware. Large dining table. Entertainment room with 75" TV, sound bar, wrap-around couch and audio zone (1). Screened-in-porch off kitchen with large dining area and audio zone (2). Walk out to covered deck with ample seating and gas grill and audio zone (3).

Upper level - 4 King MBR's w/ attached private baths for each (2 lakefront views; 2 front-facing views) and smart TV's. Extra open space for reading/play overlooks lake).

Lower level - 2 bonus rooms w/ bunk beds (sleep up to 8). Large home theater with 85" smart TV and multiple sofas. Entertainment area with ping pong table and pop-a-shot. Walk-out to patio area with large firepit. Kitchenette area with full refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and bar area with granite countertop, bar stools and small dining area.

Outdoor - Spacious patio with large firepit and lounge area. Please keep off grass as lawn matures (seeded in 2022).

Front - Paved driveway with circular wrap-around with ample parking. Covered entry to front door.

Boathouse - Amazing spacious boathouse with refrigerator, bar area with TV, Wifi. Water depth ~6' at end of dock. Step-up ladder for swimming in lake. Non-motorized watercraft (SUP and kayaks) available for guest use.

Strictly NO PET policy.

Summer rentals are WEEKLY, Friday to Friday. Less traffic than on weekends.
Non-summer rentals are 3-night minimum.

Washington DC area: 90 minutes
Richmond, Charlottesville: 45 - 60 minutes.

REQUIRED: We require a copy of primary renter's Driver's License, as well as names and ages of all guests in your travel group staying overnight.

Serenity Cove truly lived up to its name!!

Our stay at Serenity Cove was nothing short of delightful. This lakeside gem offered everything we needed for a memorable retreat. The instructions provided by the hosts were crystal clear, and we had no trouble finding our way. The house itself was cozy and inviting, with clean bedrooms that provided a restful night's sleep after our days of adventure. The linens and towels provided were of excellent quality and quantity, meeting our needs perfectly throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Serenity Cove truly lived up to its name. The kayaks and SUPs provided endless entertainment as we explored the calm waters of the lake. Evenings were spent gathered around the firepit, toasting marshmallows. The dock, patio, and decks were delightful spaces, offering picturesque views of the lake and providing the perfect setting for enjoying meals outdoors or simply relaxing. Despite its secluded feel, the house was conveniently close to grocery stores, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts of Serenity Cove were fantastic. Communication was clear and prompt, and they were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Our time at Serenity Cove was simply magical. From kayaking on the lake to cozy evenings by the fire, every moment was filled with joy and relaxation. A heartfelt thank you to the hosts for providing such a wonderful escape. We can't wait to return!

Best house in Lake Anna

This house is awesome! It has everything you could ever need. The kitchen is well appointed. The two refrigerators and dishwashers were clutch! The wine fridge was such an awesome touch. The bedrooms are all great sizes. The lot feels secluded which is awesome. Great outdoor spaces. Covered porches. Can’t say enough great things about this house. Owners were very responsive when we couldn’t find our sheets or towels. We will absolutely be coming back.

Amazing Property!

We loved this property as soon as we walked in the door!! Spacious, everything new, thoughtful touches, the view, the dock, the games! All this in basically your own private, secluded mini cove! I will definitely be back! Recommend Boato if you want to rent a boat - they were great and reasonably priced.

We are from Northern Virginia and have been traveling to Lake Anna (LKA) with our family and friends since 2015. We were not familiar with the lake at first, and now we know quite a bit about all the ins and out of the lake. It continues to get better every year. There is so much to do on the lake, whether it's fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding jet skiing, wake surfing, wake boarding, tubing or just motoring around. Around the lake, there are plenty of great dining options, wineries, breweries and cideries. The list of options continues to grow every year.

We have created so many amazing memories at the lake, it's a special place for our family and for other family and friends which we have had the opportunity to share those experiences with. We are grateful to be able to share this NEW amazing property with you as a guest in our home. We hope you enjoy the property and the area as much as we do! Happy memories!

After traveling to LKA a few times on family vacation and learning that "Life is better at the lake", in 2019 we decided to purchase our first property (Sunshine Cove VRBO 1711739). And, we were so fortunate to live next to a premier home builder, who offered to build for us on this special lot. We are so impressed with the lot and even more impressed with the design and construction of this newly built home, now called Serenity Cove. The name speaks for itself, because the beauty is so serene and it's just an amazing place to relax and unwind.It truly is a masterpiece and we are grateful to be able to share it with our guests!

There are too many to list here. LAKEFRONT. The massive boathouse with ability to dock your own watercraft here. Swim right out from the natural sandy beach. The property is located in a small cove with only one other house/boathouse, and no boat traffic, so its really peaceful. Water depth is 6-8' in the cove for great a day float, swimming and non-motorized watersports, and we include these toys for our guests use. Easy access to open water with great fishing, including the prized striped bass. The house has an absolutely amazing layout with sweeping lakeviews and natural light. Numerous areas with the home for congregating with large groups, or the ability to tuck away in a cozy section of the house for some peace and quiet. Plenty of family games and amazing luxury kitchen perfect for multi-family get-togethers. Easy access to Pleasant's Landing marina with new fantastic Mexican restaurant (El Gran Patron).
