This property is a gorgeous, inviting vacation home that can sleep up to 8 sunset loving guests. The home has 4 bedrooms with all four rooms having a king size bed. Enjoy the dock if you need to tie your boat off. You will find your carefree state of being at this premier location on Channel Ct. This exclusive community boost beautiful serene views of the water and sun. Sit in the heated pool and enjoy the sunset. This is a quiet and peaceful area at the end of a culdesac. Grab the bikes and beach toys and head to the ocean. The new Publix is a half mile away mile away. This home was completely remodeled and looks brand new. A new dock was also added.

From the start Staccie was super easy to communicate with. We loved our stay there- so close to beaches, publix, and restaurants. The view at the house was amazing from the expansive deck and nice warm pool/hot tub. We loved the surround sound, playing games of pool, and the kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes (and lots of random needs for cooking). Overall highly recommend!

Excellent home for a family retreat. 4 BR-all king beds with quality bedding. Well stocked spices and basics. Great entertainment options - tv’s, Sonos, pool table, bikes, beach equipment. Close to market and stores, but on a quiet end of the road. Patio & deck had great sun exposure, beautiful sunsets, and lots of seating. Most homes we’ve rented had a lanai over pool and patio. But here it is open and we loved it! We spent many days sunning by the pool (without being blocked by a screen) and the openness was much better. Pool temp was warm and comfortable - often we just stayed there instead of going to the beach! Stacie was amazing and responded to any message within minutes. It was nice to work with the homeowner instead of a management company. Absolutely would return to this home!

Girls weekend

We had an amazing trip to Marco. The weather was amazing, the home was incredible and the hosts were quick to respond with questions and very accommodating! Absolutely would recommend staying here and hope to again soon!!

Fantastic vacation

This house is terrific! Beautifully decorated and equipped with anything you might need. Waters views are gorgeous and the dock is huge. Very close to Publix and all the restaurants on Marco. The pool and hot tub were easy to use and warmed quickly. We will look to stay here again next year!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend This Home!

We had an amazing stay in Marco Island! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local shops.The home itself was beautifully maintained, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches throughout. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area.Our host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we booked. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and any questions we had were answered quickly and kindly.We’re already looking forward to our next trip and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin... this is by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! It is even more beautiful than what the pictures show. Our family of 4 felt like we all had our own space while still spending quality time together. This house was fully equipped with everything we needed (including beach gear and bikes) and truly felt like home. The homeowners are incredibly kind and easy to work with, while the neighbors were all so warm and welcoming. We hope to visit this property again!!

Beautiful and very well appointed house. Great sunset views siting by the heated pool. There are many toys to use, bikes, pool toys, beach chairs, etc. and an easy bike ride to the beach. We will be using Stacies house again on our next visit.

Wonderful home on Marco Island

We had a wonderful time at this lovely waterfront home. Everything was perfect from the heated pool and hot tub to the completely outfitted kitchen to the comfortable king beds. The location is ideal to anywhere you choose to go in Marco and our host Staci was available whenever we reached out. We would definitely love to stay again

Great Stay

Our stay was amazing! The house is well appointed and the location is perfect! The pool and hot tub were a hit with our granddaughter…many hours spent there. Even caught a few fish off the dock. Stacie is simply the best …she responded very quickly to our questions. 5 stars all the way!

Stunning home and view

This property is amazing!! The owner was punctual in her responses and was on top of everything. The beds were so comfortable, pool table was a hit, pool and hot tub were so relaxing. The dock was spacious and we were able to fish, put our kayaks in and see dolphins, stingray and manatee. I highly recommend this location and property.

Sisters Trip

The home is beautiful inside and out. The pictures online are spot on. The property is well equipped for everything you might need, including beach gear in the event you want yo head to the beach. We stuck to the hot tub for most of our trip, and were delighted with how quickly it warmed up. The owner was very responsive when we had questions, even dumb ones about how to work the ceiling fans. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time in Marco Island! This house was the perfect set up for our family of 4 and my parents. Communication with Stacy was clear and fast ( I loved that we weren’t working with a property management company). We barely felt the need to leave the house because the view, pool, hot tub, kitchen and lounge space were amazing. We would definitely come back.

The most wonderful home

Stacie is outstanding in customer, service, and communication! So easy to deal with I travel all the time and that makes the trip so much better when you have a great host like Stacey! The home is absolutely beautiful. I go to Marco Island every year and I will never stay anywhere else. It was clean, well, equipped, comfortable, inviting, serene, and peaceful, the best!

Beautiful!

This property is an absolute dream! The home was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. We had 6 adults and 2 small children and there was plenty of room for everyone. Having 4 king beds was great. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. The pool area is wonderful with a large table and another seating area. The pool was so warm and the hot tub was even better! There is a half bath off the pool which was super convenient! Plenty of beach and bath towels. Stacie was an amazing host! SO accommodating and easy to communicate with. No issues at all during our stay. Already booked for next year !

Amazing!!!!

We have rented many vacations home in Florida and multiple times on Marco Island. This house is in a class of its own. Beautiful decor, immaculately clean, excellent beds, good linens and great showers. The view is spectacular, especially when we saw dolphins jump. The pool is great as is the neighbourhood. Publix is a 3 minute drive and the beach 8-10 minutes. We loved our stay, found Stacie and her husband great to deal with and very responsive. We highly recommend this home.

Beautiful house in a prime location. That is just the beginning. The best part of our stay was the communication and flexibility of our host. She was amazing and attentive to our questions. The house was well stocked with fishing gear, minnow buckets, pool toys and plenty of towels and linens. In most instances, you come into an empty refrigerator. That is not the case. There were spices, condiments and other necessitites. We rented a pontoon boat for the week. I highly recommend doing the same. They dropped the boat off and picked it up at the end of our stay. Marco Island has a lot to offer. This house is centrally located and close to plenty of fun.

Thanksgiving in Marco

Had a wonderful family gathering at this home over the Thanksgiving holiday. The home is stunning inside and out. It has been completely remodeled and looks as if it’s a new build. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. Our family enjoyed hanging out by the pool and time in the hot tub. The canal view is beautiful with the added bonus of the sunset. We rented kayaks for the week and enjoyed biking around the island. The bedding on all the beds is deluxe with beautiful white cotton sheets and duvets. One thing to note is that all the mattresses in this home are pillow top and quite soft. Most of us loved the cozy softness but some in our group found them a bit too soft, just a matter of personal preference. Checking in was simple, owner was so kind and responded immediately with a question we had. Would not hesitate to rent here again.
