Peaceful 3-bedroom near the Albuquerque Foothills

Welcome to this peaceful neighborhood space, perfectly suited for you and your family to enjoy the Southwest.

This wonderful +/-1,300 sq ft home is located near Albuquerque's most exciting outdoor adventures. Access to hiking, skiing, golfing and more are right outside your doorstep. Visit during the month of October and you are only a 20-minute drive to the world famous Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta.

Make yourself at home with amenities like a fully stocked kitchen, large fenced-in backyard and garage parking. A 5-minute walk to Chelwood Park and a 5-minute drive to the foothills and hiking trails.

3 bedrooms sleep 5 comfortably and the second living area features a modern futon, creating space for an additional 2 guests to sleep. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite with a walk-in shower, and the 2nd bathroom consists of a full shower/tub.

At the end of the day relax out on the covered and private back patio and enjoy the beautiful Albuquerque sunsets.

Enjoyable stay

This property is exactly what is seen online. Check-in was easy and the communication was quick and easy. Eric was very responsive and proactive. He even mailed us back couple of things we left there.Everything was super clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Close to hiking, grocery stores, restaurants, and some of the Breaking Bad sites if that's your thing. We had six adults, and it was just the right size for us.

Short stay in Albuquerque

3 adults stayed 2 nights. The home was very, very clean. Lots of places to sit and lounge. Kitchen was filled with everything you needed. Communication with host was fast and friendly.

Wonderful stay

The house was just what I was hoping for - a great place for my family to have some time together at the holidays. We enjoyed the foothills and petroglyph national monument. The host was very helpful.

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. The property was beautiful and Eric made sure we had everything to make our stay a great one. We loved the fenced in back yard where we sat out and ate breakfast in the morning. The home was charming and you could tell there were a number of recent improvements. If we ever make it back to Albuquerque to visit, we would definitely stay there again.

SUPER easy check-in/check-out, lovely house

Location is great. Neighborhood is nice. Very close to grocery (5 minutes to Sprouts, <10 minutes from nearest Neighborhood Walmart, ~10 minutes to nearest Walmart Supercenter). House is very nice. One smart TV in the living room. There's a deck in the back yard where you can eat a meal if you like. We parked our minivan in the garage and still had room to open the back door of the minivan. At first, I wanted to knock off a star for there being few bowls in the kitchen, but the place is INSANELY CLEAN, like you could eat off the floor of the bathroom and be just fine, and they provide several SUPER nice touches, like spare phone chargers. Also, there's basically no check-out. I asked, and the host said nope, they want to be as easy as possible, so you can strip the beds if you want, but not a big deal. So, yeah... Five stars!

Comfortable Stay

Very accommodating, very comfortable home. We would definitely stay here again. Everything we needed and more with all the comforts of home! Plenty of room for our family of 4.
