Completely private guest suite with entrance down a newly built deck on the side of the house. There is a large driveway in front of the house for parking.

Cats: $10 per night
Under 5 pounds: free :)
5 to 15 pounds: $20 per night
Over 15 pounds: $35 per night

No parties or events please. Parties will be fined $400 extra for disturbing the neighborhood and additional cleaning fees.
