Brazilian quartzite kitchen, all new floors, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, windows, patio sliders, window coverings, furniture, gas grill--everything! Full-size two car garage as well. Walking distance to restaurants and within minutes of all the best that winter in Phoenix has to offer. Great neighbors, community pools and and clubhouse.
The space
Three spacious bedrooms and two spotless new bathrooms. Two brand new king beds and one brand new queen. In-unit laundry as well, along with an extended patio for grilling and chilling.

The entire unit (227) is yours while you're here.
Owner is a licensed real estate salesperson in Arizona and a separate rental agreement is also required. See attached sample.

Remodeled and newly furnished in 2022, this is the clean, quiet, and beautiful place for you to enjoy. Located directly on the McCormick Ranch Golf Course, the spacious patio provides expansive views of the course itself, along with amazing views of Mummy Mountain and Camelback Mountain. Sit on the comfy patio furniture and check out those sunsets!
