Renovated Townhome near Oldtown Scottsdale (Large Patio and Community Pool)

Come enjoy a quiet retreat in the desert at our modern townhome in the Chateau de Vie community. Our remodeled townhome features a large private patio, full kitchen, community pool, lots of grass for outdoor play and much more. The townhome is just steps away from Chaparral park, which connects to a green belt, playgrounds, ball fields, and other outdoor amenities. Close to golfing, casinos, hiking and Old Town Scottsdale, where you will find restaurants, bars, galleries, and shopping.

Complete remodel in Fall 2020 - cozy, modern and kid-friendly townhome (includes pack n' play, games, children’s books and toys, etc.).

There are 3 bedrooms all with Queen beds and 2.5 bathrooms within our townhome. First floor features a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, half bathroom and private patio. Second floor features all 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Dedicated workspace is provided in master bedroom.

65 inch Smart TV in Living Room, 55 inch Smart TV's in two bedrooms. Easy check-in and check-out with a Smart Lock.

Enjoy the sunshine on our outdoor private patio. Outdoor seating, outdoor dining table and chairs and BBQ all provided.

We’ve tried to think of all standard amenities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The townhome is just steps away from Xeriscape Garden at Chaparral park, which connects to a green belt, playgrounds, ball fields, and other outdoor amenities. Close to golfing, casinos, hiking and Old Town Scottsdale, where you will find restaurants, bars, galleries, and shopping. Grocery store, Walgreen's, gas station all within walking distance.

Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm - 7:00am. There is a Ring video doorbell at the front exterior entrance and back patio/parking exterior entrance, for security and safety reasons only.

The City of Scottsdale code limits all dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

We enjoyed our stay. The townhome was spotless and as advertised. It was well equipped with household necessities. We did not use the pool so couldn't leave a review. I'd happily stay here again.

Family vacation

We stayed here for two nights with our family. House was clean and had everything we needed. There were just a few things that were more rundown than expected given the unit was recently renovated- the paint was coming off the kitchen cabinets for example. Everything was clean and welcoming!

Great property in very convenient location.

This property was perfect for our stay. It was completely updated and extremely well equipped. The outdoor patio area was very nice and provides a great spot for drinks or an outdoor dinner. The location was very convenient. We could walk to Chapparal Park as well as the grocery store. Numerous golf courses and Old Town are within a 10 minute drive. The welcome basket was also a very nice touch. We would definitely recommend this property.

Nicely renovated townhouse

Beautiful townhome. Looks just like the pictures. Hosts provide everything you can possibly want. Well-stocked kitchen and baths. They even provided throws for those chilly desert evenings. The patio is very comfortable and inviting, and the pool is just a short walk. The neighborhood is quiet and close access to everything. We absolutely loved our stay at Casa del Sol. Thank you for the hospitality.

We want our guests to have the absolute best stay in our property and look forward to hosting you! We’ve strived to create a comfortable, cozy yet modern space for your Scottsdale vacation. We’re originally from Seattle, WA (Go Huskies!) and relocated to Scottsdale in 2017 after living in Boston, MA for 8 years. We love the sunshine, entertaining and hosting friends and family, and exploring our home state with lots of outdoor adventures.

Once we moved to Arizona and realized we were waking up in paradise each and every day, we knew we wanted to share the sunshine with others via an Airbnb property. We purchased and renovated our first AirBnb property in 2020.

We truly hope to host you during your visit to Scottsdale!
