Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

About the space:
Unit 3 is located on the second floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave
- Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.
- Nespresso machine
- Separate dining area
- In-unit laundry
- WiFi
- Air conditioning via window unit
- Off street parking

Guest access:
Guest access via keyless electronic lock.

House rules:
- No parties
- Maximum of 2 guests (no exceptions)
- We do not allow pets
- All guests must be at least 27 years old
- No smoking on premises
- It should go without saying, but no illegal drugs or marijuana allowed on premises.

We generally do not accept reservations from local individuals in order to limit the risk of having an unauthorized party occurring on our property. If you are local, please contact us first before attempting to make a reservation.

My husband and I had a fantastic time staying at this property. The location is ideal, walking distance from everything yet on a quiet street. The whole space was incredibly clean, and had all necessary amenities and more. Of note, the space is impeccably decorated and stocked with all essentials. We are already talking about returning to mystic and staying with this host again!

Mystic Gem!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this VRBO in Mystic. The room looked recently remodeled and had everything we needed. The location was close to everything. We highly recommend you checked this place out while staying in Mystic.

Amazing

The place was a block away from amazing restaurants, an 3 blocks from the downtown area. We walked the entire time and it was in January. The apartment was very modern and comfortable, with amazing views as it is on a cliff. We have no complaints and when we return we will be staying there again!

Absolute perfection

This is a fantastic place to stay. It has everything you need and is quite comfortable. The place was immaculate, updated and worth every penny. The location is close to the “action”, but removed from the traffic and noise. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer.

Cute, comfortable and convenient

This beautifully renovated apartment in a historic house is conveniently located, just steps away from shops, restaurants, museums and more. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Our host, Mike, was extremely welcoming and immediately responsive to questions and requests. We enjoyed a relaxing ten-day stay and would definitely stay here again!

Blown away!

One of my friends and I stayed here for a girls' trip and we were totally blown away. The space is not only immaculate, but it feels like you're staying in a place right out of a magazine. The style and decor are spot on! We loved the location. It is the perfect place to get a quiet night's sleep but be right in the heart of everything you need in only a few steps. Michael, himself, was beyond helpful. We had never been to the area and he gave us a ton of suggestions of places to see, eat and visit. I am not exaggerating when I say that his suggestions really made our trip a success! He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect weekend getaway

I can’t express enough how great this apartment is for a couple. Perfect location, can walk 3 mins to eat/sight see. Very clean and inviting. Enjoyed sitting area outside on the deck after walking around town. The church bells put this apartment over the top, sitting there listening to the chimes was amazingly beautiful. 5stars all around! Well appointed, comfortable apartment within walking distance to restaurants, stores and river in Mystic. Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, well supplied for cooking. If your mobility is limited you may have trouble carrying suitcases upstairs.

Another lovely weekend at this wonderful historic home just a few minutes walk away from the Mystic River Historic District. Great location with great taste

Stayed for holiday weekend and really enjoyed the walkability of the rental. Interior of rental is beautifully and smartly done. We had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and bringing home leftovers from the excellent restaurants nearby. We walked everyday with the exception of driving to the farmers market. Fairly comfortable bed, overall the space is very comfortable. A couple games were provided, which is fun for a pre or post dinner activity back at the rental. Perfect for a couple looking to enjoy Mystic.

Nicely decorated

The apartment was nicely furnished and decorated. Walking distance to all downtown locations. Owner has thought of all fine details with lighting, towels,linens, appliances and furnishings. We plan to stay again this summer if available. Mike was great to work with.

Hi, I'm Mike. I grew up just over the line in Rhode Island and I have deep connections to the area. As a young adult I moved south, which was fine for a while but sometimes you have to leave home to appreciate the specialness of where you came from.

Time slows down here along the coast. If you allow yourself to become part of it, you too will return again.

I feel truly lucky to own a home in such a beautiful spot right in Mystic! Although the house was built in 1845, most of the original elements were gone when I bought the house a few years ago. The property has been a multi-family home for many decades. It has been fun remodeling and giving each of the units a unique look. Hopefully you will come back and have a stay in all of them!
