Family Christmas in Naperville

We stayed in this home over Christmas in order to spend the holiday with family that lives close by. The home was clean and communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Week day stay

We stayed here while our house was getting remodeled. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were very welcoming of us and our 3 dogs. The house had everything we needed while we were there including an office for my wife while she worked from home.

Great location, cozy place and close to a lot of eating places, grocery and shopping. We were attending a family wedding and accommodated all of us. Host is very attentive and is available on a moments notice. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Chicago.

Great place to stay with family and pets!

The house was very clean and had amenities such as coffee, soap, shampoo, etc. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. It'is located in a great area of Naperville with sidewalks and close to a park; great for walking the dogs. Host was responsive when we had questions; would recommend this listing to other travelers.

Quick Chicago getaway

We now live out of state and went back home for a quick weekend to visit family and be tourists in the city. This property and location perfectly suited our needs.

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and the house was as nice as the pictures shown on your website. Plenty of room, a large kitchen, great master suite with large walk-in closet, and large bathroom. The neighborhood was super quiet and well kept up. Conveniently located to shops and dog parks which we took advantage of. The area by the trash cans had several pieces of trash laying on the ground and some cigarette butts near the entrances which is why we gave that part 3 stars. The owner was very receptive to that problem and assured that his grounds people would be notified. The only disadvantage for us was that we had dogs and the back yard was not fenced, which we did know before booking the property. Other than for that we would not hesitate to rent this property again!

Naperville family members visit

The house was wonderful. Very comfortable and met all of our expectations and beyond. The communication with our host Vic, was exceptional. Nice neighborhood and the location was perfect for a short drive to visit with family members living near by.. We have found the ideal rental for our next visit to the area!

Fun weekend trip

We traveled from Kentucky and the host made sure we were comfortable at all times. They were easy to reach when needed and made suggestions that I believe they will use moving forward. We would use this property again if in the area 3.

My wife and I with our dog stayed 19 days, which is longer than most stays there. Nice neighborhood. Good location--Close to all shopping and downtown Naperville. House was adequate. But there were issues. Issues that could be corrected with appropriate maintenance. There is no lighting at front of house or porch. Going from driveway to front door at night was total darkness requiring flashlight to see and open lock. No lighting in living room. Master bedroom carpet is dirty and stained and needs to be cleaned or better replaced. Plastic control handle of master bath shower is cracked/broken making it very difficult to turn on and off. Bathtub in second bathroom drains very slowly. In kitchen, exhaust fan over stove top is dripping grease. Water filter in refrigerator needs replacement—water does not drain out, only dribbles. We bought our own silverware, cutlery and pots and pans (those there were few and corroded).

Great experience!

The house was great and communication with the property manager was excellent. We were visiting our daughter who is at Fermilab and the home is in a great location to shopping, restaurants, and to Chicago. Super cute home with all the amenities.
