Located on a culdesac 36.1 miles west of Chicago, it is convenient to shopping, parks, restaurants, train stations and everything in the Naperville/Bolingbrook area. - No smoking or vaping inside, outside, or anywhere on the property. Penalty for violation $1500 plus extra cleaning and damages costs.

- No pets allowed on the property at any time. This
property is strictly No Animals Allowed due to owner's medical condition. Penalty for violation $1500 plus extra cleaning and damages costs.

- Please remove shoes at the entry way. This is strictly a no shoe house hold to help maintain the longevity of the floors and for the comfort of all guests.

- No events, parties or large gatherings. Penalty for violation $1500 plus extra cleaning and damages costs.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book. Photo ID may be required before check-in for age verification.

- Additional fees and taxes may apply.

- Please report any damages that occur to the property host.

- Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- NOTE: This property has a strict maximum occupancy of 10 guests. No daytime or overnight guests beyond the total occupancy detailed in the reservation at any time. There is an extra guest fee of $15 per guest per night after more than 6 guests are added to the reservation.

- NOTE: The garage and basement are off limits to guests.

- NOTE: Vehicles that are parked on the street between 2AM and 6AM may be ticketed or towed by the Bolingbrook Police Department.
