Location-
Stay in the best location in Breckenridge! The condo is located directly on the Four O’Clock Run ski back and steps away from the Snowflake Chairlift. No need to take a bus! The Snowflake chair takes you to a perfect central spot on the mountain between Peaks 8 and 9. Ski down to Colorado Superchair, Rocky Mountain Superchair, 5 Chair, Rip’s Ride, C Chair, Beaver Run Superchair, and Quicksilver Superchair as well as the Peak 9 Learning Area. (Yes, that’s almost all the base chairs on the mountain.)
Need to pick up ski passes or rentals? No need to drive anywhere; there is a rental shop and ticket office right at the base on the Snowflake Chair.
Not only is it close to skiing, but a quick walk (1/2 mile) from historic Main Street Breckenridge. The host is a Breckenridge local who is happy to recommend the best places in town for your trip; restaurants, bars, shops, activities … just ask!
There really is no need for a car when you stay here since there is a Breckenridge Free Ride bus stop across the street. It’s free to go anywhere in town or jump on a Summit County bus (also free) to Frisco, Keystone, or Arapahoe Basin.

Sleeping Situation-
The town designates it as a 6-person unit but it is set up to comfortably sleep 4. Within the 715 square feet, there is a large bedroom with 1 King bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is well located just outside the bedroom door which means everyone can access it with ease. The sleeping areas are divided for great privacy.

Hi, I am Breckenridge local and avid outdoorsman. I love sharing my place with visitors to the mountains. Of course, it’s all yours. I live on the other side of town. I spend my winter skiing on the resort and in the backcountry. In the summer I mountain bike, camp, and raft. I am happy to answer any questions you have that can help make your time in Breckenridge better; best restaurants for any group, fun bars, cool shops, airport shuttles, and of course the best runs on the mountain!

Lovely place!

Cozy unit, just perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). We like to cook for ourselves; the kitchen is well stocked. Very comfortable. Would stay again!

Clean, Convenient, Cozy

This property is great! Perfect place for our family of four with great access to ski rental, lifts and a short walk to town (or take the free shuttle). Great space to eat in and hang out after a day of skiing. Would highly recommend and we plan on staying again in the years to come!

Awesome Ski in/Ski Out Condo Near Snowflake Lift

This condo was excellent! The location can’t be beat. Truly a ski in/Ski out. We’ve stayed at Breckenridge many many times and this is the best location. The condo was clean and comfortable. Drew(Owner) was great to work with. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great condo, great location!

The unit was great in all respects and the location was superb. Very easy to get onto the slopes quickly by walking 100 feet to the snowflake lift or a quick bus ride to anyplace else. Ski home on the 4 o'clock, almost to the door.

A True Ski on Ski Off!

My family loved staying at this place. The one minute walk to the snow flake lift was the best. Excellent communication with the owner and he was very helpful. Letting us check in a little bit early once the cleaners were done. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location and well-stocked kitchen

Great location; very close to town. With the exception of a trip to the grocery store we never needed to drive anywhere. The location right on the 4 o'clock run is great at the end of a long day. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the utensils we needed. Furniture is comfortable.

The property was exactly as described. Close to downtown Breckenridge, as well as close to the snowflake lift and shuttles. We did have a few minor issues during our stay but the host was responsive.

Perfect Location

The location of the property was conveniently right next to a ski lift. The condo was clean and exactly as listed. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay! The only issue was the fireplace was not operational, which the owner was not aware of.

Ski In/Ski Out Heaven!

Stay: JAN 3-5, 2025 - Perfect location! Very short walk across the street and you are on your way to the mountain on the Snowflake lift!If you are sleeping 4 people, I would recommend bringing an extra sleeping pad/bag or air mattress since the sleeper couch is not the most comfortable for 2 people (in my opinion).Other than that, this place is fully equipped for a perfect time in the mountain and in town.We will definitely come back!

Wonderful!

This was a great vacation. We skied home in the afternoon and walked across the street to begin our skiing the next morning. Half-mile walk to town was lovely. Can’t say enough good things about the location. Drew, our host, was very helpful, especially with arranging ski school for our younger son. Replied quickly to questions & requests.

Good location, sleeping 4 is a stretch(1 bed and small futon) and it should be mentioned the owner has pets (allergies). There are neighbors and you are on the bottom floor with a barking dog above you,Hopefully management corrects this.

I agree that sleeping 2 adults for a week on the sofa bed is a stretch. I have never seen a sofa bed good enough for that to be comfortable. This renter booked for 2, or I would have shared my concern upfront. I have not heard a barking dog in the condo building before but it sounds like a rental guest in another condo brought there's which is very frustrating. The town is very responsive if you call them about a noise complaint while it is happening. From talking with this guest myself during and after their stay, it sounded like they had a great time in Breck and were happy with the condo...so this review was surprising.

Wonderful, convenient stay in Breck!

Had a little staycation with my husband and a friend and we had a blast! The location is unbeatable if you plan to ski. This is a TRUE ski in / ski out. Just a few feet from the Snowflake lift and 4 oclock run takes you right to the parking lot of the unit! We were also able to walk to main street for dinner and drinks! The property was super cozy, clean and spacious and we plan to be back!!

Very close to lift

Beautiful, roomy, clean, comfortable. Most importantly (for skiers) across the street from lift, a few yards from Four O’clock run at the end of the day.
