Great stay loved the vibe. Only complaint is there wasn’t a guess Netflix account and I don’t like logging into my personal steaming accounts.

SSI condo

Very nice property. Rental company is top notch. Location is a little tricky to exit at certain times of the day.

We had an issue with the internet, it took quite awhile to figure it out. This property is managed by a management company, we never interacted with the owners. This was a second choice for us, the first choice was in Ocean Walk. They were having work done at that complex. This unit was more expensive, it was nice however, the location isn't as good and the amenities at Ocean Walk are better.

Thank you for your review and for choosing to stay with us. We sincerely apologize for the internet issues you encountered during your visit. It was a challenging issue to diagnose, but our team remained committed to finding a solution and restoring service as quickly as possible. We understand that you were comparing this property to a previous favorite at Ocean Walk. Since this home is located in a different community, it naturally offers a different experience, location, and amenities. We know every guest has unique preferences, and we're sorry this property wasn't quite the right fit for your needs. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you found the property itself to be nice. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to host you, and we wish you many wonderful future visits to St. Simons Island. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance in the future.

Island Hopping

The place was comfortable. We were a bit disappointed that the fireplace was not working. They had a nice patio but the chairs were dirty so we could not use them to sit out there. Overall a nice place. FYI there was a little bit of a musty smell when you first walk in but after you are there you get used to it, the next time you go out, and then you smell it again. But overall a nice place for a three-day getaway. The bedroom can use a ceiling fan as it does get hot upstairs with the heat. It was nice to walk around the historic district and enjoy dinners out.

Loved this house and was great for the weekend stay. Bathrooms were very clean and was nice to have a second outdoor shower for after the beach to keep sand from coming in. One thing I will say is the lights were confusing and was slightly unclear in the beginning on how were could get them all in but that was easy understood after a short time. Hist was very clear with checkout protocol and had 4th of July goodies and snack which added to vibe if the weekend.

Sweet 17 Birthday Beach Weekend

We LOVED our stay, the condo and the island was absolutely beautiful. Brand was an awesome host. Everything looked way better than the pictures. My daughter and her friends had an awesome time and loved their stay. I will definitely keep Brad and his condo as a favorite for our beach stay. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Clean, comfortable, reasonably-priced

We stayed at Brad’s place for Spring Break, having never been to Saint Simon’s Island before, and it’s a nice spot. It was very clean, well-laid out, and the beds were quite comfortable. It was also nicely equipped in terms of kitchen supplies, which came in handy. We were please by lots of good dining options on the island - Porch, Iguana’s, Zuzu’s, and Sal’s Pizza - and we had a great time exploring Fort Frederica, fishing, and playing some disc golf, which was close by. The beach is also very nice on the island. The putt-putt place had very inconsistent hours, so we never got to play there. I’d also recommend going over to Jekyll Island for a day - the Driftwood Beach was absolutely incredible to see. The only knock on the property is its location - it backs onto a sporadically noisy road that made it hard to sleep when we opened the windows to try to cool off, and it’s also right at the entrance to the island so removed from the main locations with restaurants, shops and the beach. That said, it is priced accordingly as compared to the other properties for rent - definitely less expensive, which made the vacation doable for us. Overall, it’s a nice condo, and Brad was very easy to deal with. Responsive and helpful.
