Nestled along a quiet street, you will enjoy easy access to local shops, restaurants and parks within walking distance of the home. The house offers a breath of fresh air and is a true home away from home for your next visit to KC.

Guest Access:
The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check-in) which adds ease and flexibility to both checking in and checking out.
The Neighborhood:
Located in one of the most coveted residential neighborhood in Kansas City. Just a few walks away to best restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store and a few miles from the interstate and downtown, yet situated in a quiet, spacious, and safe alcove.
Getting Around:
Our neighborhood is very walkable. A car is recommended to get to some KC attractions. Access to the highway is easy. Uber and Lyft are also very great options and easily available.
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
