Welcome to our home in the Wallingford community, located within walking distance of Woodland Park and Green Lake.

This home is within very close proximity to local attractions and is just a short walk from the lake that offers swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, waterfront picnic areas, & a pedestrian & bike trail around the entire lake.

Must be twenty two years old or older to book.

The space
Easy access to Interstate 5, downtown Seattle and the University District!

This is a 3-level newly constructed end-unit townhome with a private rooftop deck. Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even business professionals!

The ground level has a small bedroom with a full-sized bed and a 32" TV, a hallway bathroom that offers a tub/shower combo, and a brand new washer and dryer.

The 2nd level has a fully-equipped kitchen, small dining, and a cozy living room with a comfortable couch and a 55" TV with streaming options provided!

The 3rd level has the master bedroom that features a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that offers dual sinks and a large walk-in shower.

From the 3rd floor, you can access the large rooftop deck that has seating and a nice view of the surrounding area!

Each room offers large windows providing natural bright light throughout. Extra lines and towels for everyone are also provided for guests to use.

High-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 50 Mbps is also provided during your stay!

The Woodland Zoo is also nearby. Coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, pubs, groceries, & other public conveniences are all within close proximity!

*This home has heating on all three levels and air conditioning on the second and third levels.

*There is no security camera inside the house.

*Aside from the street parking, there is available secured underground paid parking garage for 10-20 dollars a day in within 10 minutes drive away from the unit at Central Plaza Garage.

Great location if you have a student at the University. Beds were comfortable and well stocked rental which is always appreciated. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Parking spots were actually not difficult to find

Overall nice interior spaces and in walkable quiet residential location. A few details would have tipped the overall rating into a perfect five star rating, such as: the rooftop needs furniture to enjoy the amenity, particularly as this feature is listed in the headline description; there’s only a few kitchen glasses and plates, which is an inconvenience when traveling with more than one person; the downstairs bedroom is quite stuffy for summer temperatures, although the fan helps to off-set; living room furniture/dining table are dated.Very responsive management replies. Upon check-in, however, we received an incorrect entry access code, which if not for luck of a neighbor assisting to contact the owner directly, we would have been stuck outside for more than the hour as it were. Aside from that brief snag, smooth rental experience all in all.

Nice place!

New townhose with new furnishings. Met our needs for a base while visiting family near Green Lake. Only complaint was the sofa was a bit uncomfortable. Would stay there again.

Good location near a nice park, walking distance to coffee, a diner, and on a very quiet street. The view is great, neighbors are respectful and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The couch is not super comfortable, but I preferred to explore the town and the park. Check in was easy. Detailed instructions and a video of how to open the door was simple to follow. Check out was simple too. There are a lot of windows so there is a lot of natural light. If you can’t sleep with any light in the room then bring an eye mask, but it wasn’t an issue for me.

Awesome Space + Location!

This is a great, comfortable, and really clean townhouse with a view of the Space Needle (and shooting stars during the late summer) from the cute little rooftop deck. We stayed four nights during August 2023 - it happened to be during a heat wave, so the AC on the second and third floors was great to have. The communication with us was perfect and punctual, the info about the space and guidelines for leaving the space were clear and quick. The location of this townhouse is AMAZING! There was a great coffeeshop around the corner. We didn't have a car during our stay and walked to the Woodland Park Zoo, Green Lake, a QFC (grocer), and tons of awesome restaurants. In fact, we didn't really cook because of the great food nearby, but the kitchen was very well-equipped. On a final note, the hosts were understanding and very fair when we broke the coffee maker's glass carafe during our stay. It was totally our clumsiness and of course we offered to pay for its replacement. They were very understanding and kind in their communication and processed a very fair and modest replacement charge within a week.
