Additional features include hardwood floors, wet bar, comfortable furnishings, and single level living with elevator access. The fully equipped kitchen and open concept floor plan make this condo perfect for sharing time with family and friends.

AMENITIES: Cable TV-2, DVD-1, wireless internet, wet bar, microwave, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, Queen sleeper sofa, washer/dryer, oceanfront balcony, elevator, assigned parking.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, boardwalk to beach with rinsing shower station, 2 community pools – 1 Olympic size, 1 freeform with a whirlpool, small playground, creek dock with covered gathering deck, 24-hour guarded security gate.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday weekly stays only. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings and are sometimes available over non-peak timeframes.
INLET POINT: Part of a gated community uniquely located on a secluded peninsula bounded by the Atlantic and a tidal saltmarsh creek, the Inlet Point condos enjoy private access to an extensive 7-mile-long beach. A few shops and restaurants are within walkable distance from the gate. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.
No Smoking. No Pets (community rules prohibit guest pets).

Inlet Point is a small gated community uniquely located on a secluded peninsula bounded by the Atlantic on one side and a tidal salt marsh on the other with access to an extensive beach, two swimming pools, whirlpool, playground, and fishing/crabbing dock on the creek.
Litchfield Beach is easily among the prettiest beaches in South Carolina. Bounded by low lying sand dunes and the blue-green ocean, the beach is characteristically wide with soft white sand and spans 7 miles from end to end.
Summertime gets busy on Litchfield Beach, a time when families rekindle friendships made from past stays as many book year after year in the same home within this small, beachside community. Grocery and beach gear stores, popular dining venues, and local eclectic shops are conveniently close by, including a few within walkable distance from the Inlet Point gate.

A 4-mile drive north along Ocean Highway 17 will bring you to the forested state park entrance where visitors will fall under the enchanting spell of the beauty and wildlife of the Lowcountry sand dunes and marshlands.
Also 4 miles away is Brookgreen Gardens, another local treasure. Brookgreen displays world renowned sculpture amidst acres of lush gardens and majestic oaks and offers miles of walking paths through what once was a working rice plantation. It is also home to the only accredited zoo on the Carolina coast, where you will see rescued native animals in their natural habitats.
The Pawleys Island/Litchfield Beach area is known locally as the Waccamaw Neck.
