HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

The greater Waccamaw Neck area additionally offers grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks, boating excursions, Brookgreen Gardens (nationally renowned), Huntington Beach State Park (think history, birding), and more.

Litchfield Beach is easily among the prettiest beaches in South Carolina. Bounded by low lying sand dunes and the blue-green ocean, the beach is characteristically wide with soft white sand and spans 7 miles from end to end.
Summertime gets busy on Litchfield Beach, a time when families rekindle friendships made from past stays as many book year after year in the same home within this small, beachside community. Grocery and beach gear stores, popular dining venues, and local eclectic shops are conveniently close by, including a few within walkable distance from the Inlet Point gate.
