Their policy required guest verification before sending a technician, but since this home is a duplex, I was able to provide access to the adjacent unit’s Wi-Fi so you had service during your visit. Our cleaning team typically provides fresh toiletries for each stay, and it appears shampoo may have been missed this time...a rare oversight we’ve addressed. You were also provided the cleaning closet code so you could help yourself to the standard guest toiletries. The item mentioned as a deodorant stick was actually a bottle of body wash left by a previous guest; we sometimes keep leftover name-brand products under the sink for those who prefer them. The bed sits higher by design, and a step stool is provided beside the nightstand for convenience.
