Adorable apartment, nicely updated while maintaining the historic charm! Easy commute to the KY Horse Park. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The laundry is downstair but easy to access. Communication with the host was great! Very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again!

Very beautiful apartment in the beautiful historical downtown district! I love how much natural light flows into the space, the decoration, the closeness to everything in downtown. The space was very clean and check in was very easy. I would stay here again!

This was our second stay at this quaint home, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The property is spotless, the bed is very comfortable, and all the amenities are thoughtfully provided. The place was very clean and accurate listing. Grateful for the stay. The location was perfect and close to everything we visited Lexington for. My only suggestion is to put a chain, bar, or deadbolt on the door. The door to the room opens outward with a simple key lock so traveling alone with a child in an unknown city was a concern. The host was very helpful and understanding. Thanks for the stay.

Nice place perfect for a couple

Wife and I stayed 1 night had all the accommodations that we need. Walked downtown and visit the brewer across the street perfect night. Would recommend this place.

My son and I stayed here 2 nights we were in town for a UK game. The host was very punctual and communicated effectively. The apartment is as described online, very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely book again!

Simply perfect

The property is very easy to get to and is close to several restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. The apartment is clean and had everything we needed. The host is VERY kind and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay way good and easy to use. (Access) The appliances and bathroom was newer and nice. The down side was the bed and couch we not very comfortable and the tv was in a cabinet and you couldnt see the full picture on the tv. Nice space especially for being an old house and good parking.

Long holiday weekend

My husband and I love college towns. We decided to drive up to UK in Lexington. This rental was so close to the campus and really everything. It was perfect for the two of us. Clean, mostly quiet, some street noise on Saturday night, but it is a college town. Great shower. We did not use the patio or outdoor grill, but it was a nice area. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if in this area. Host was accessible and quick to respond.
