Southern elegance and natural beauty await you in this 2026 Renovation walkable to the 27 hole Clipper/Galleon Shipyard Golf Club! Van Der Meer Tennis Club is a 15 minute walk. Waterford Village offers a community pool, small gym & pickleball. Grill out and dine el fresco under the majestic Carolina pines and moss draped oaks while over looking the Shipyard Golf Course on your private deck. Stroll over to the community pool to cool off. Shipyard Beach Club is an easy bike ride on paved paths!

Relax into the sectional sofa and enjoy the 70" Smart TV in the large family room. Cooking will be a breeze with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space in the fully equipped kitchen. Prepare your favorite zesty dishes and gather around the 6-person dining table for a quality meals with your family and friends. Brand new half bath has been added to the first floor!

Exhausted from a long day on the beach, at the pool, on the tennis court or golf course; then sink into the King Master Suite with walk in shower and Smart TV. The guest bedroom offers two full beds with bath/shower combo and Smart TV. Top quality linens and toiletries provided.

Drive or ride bikes to the Shipyard Beach Club (2miles from townhouse) to enjoy 11 miles of sandy white beaches and rolling waves on the shore. Bike barn available by the pool. No need to pack your beach gear - we provide beach chairs, towels, rolling cart and cooler. Umbrellas available for rent from the lifeguards on the beach.

Hilton Head is known as a biking community so bring your own or rent bikes from our many bike rental companies on the Island that deliver and pickup for free. Enjoy over two hundred miles of paved paths. Bike barn available to secure bikes.

Parking is directly in front of the Townhouse with one Shipyard pass ready at the Security Gate for your arrival. One additional car pass may be purchased through us.

The Villa is accessible by 2 stairs and bedrooms are on the second floor and therefore may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs.

Another lovely stay

Lovely spot on Hilton Head. Overall a good experience. Have been a few times and find the spot to be comfortable, well appointed and have all of the things you need for a nice stay.

Nice and Relaxing

Meredith was very professional and kind. She was very proactive and responsive. The house was located near everything. It was easy to check in, the house was clean, beach towels and gear were supplied, washer/dryer was convenient, beautiful view, nice pool, nice fitness center, right near golf course, lots of space, etc. Thank you Meredith

Family trip to Hilton Head

We enjoyed the property and ability to walk (1.35 miles) to Coligny Beach and the plaza. Great communication from the owners. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect accommodations

Beautifully updated property with everything you need right on the golf course in shipyards scenic gated community. The property managers were attentive, available and helpful to ensure our every need. Comfortable and clean Would highly recommend this property

Excellent Return Stay

Great property with excellent ammenities overall. Some minor issues that snuck up were responded to, dealt with quickly and didn’t have any impact our stay. Overall, another lovely stay in Shipyard. Meredith is an excellent host.

Amazing property and property manager!!!

The property is gorgeous! Rooms are big and comfortable, showers and water pressure are great! Had an issue with the dryer and Meredith took care of it as quickly as she could and got it resolved by the next day! Highly highly highly recommend staying here. If we visit Hilton Head again we will definitely be contacting Meredith!!!

Wonderful family getaway

We loved our stay here! Our kids are >2, 6 and 14 and it was the perfect size. The beds/bedding were all SO comfy, easy to use TVs in all the rooms, and everything you need (and then some) in the kitchen. This place really felt like home. We rode bikes everywhere on the island and it was a breeze and beautiful. The ride through shipyard to get to private beach was a fairytale and we got to see all sizes of alligators just hanging out. None of us were ready to leave. We even made friends with the neighbor who was so incredibly kind. Can’t wait to come back!!

Did not match description

Complex was nice. Employees at gates were not helpful. Description of property listed a queen sleeper sofa, when we arrived it was a sectional. Manager tried to tell me it said sectional and it did not, I did take a photo of description. When I said please read over description, it lists Queen sleeper sofa. She changed the listing. So I had 3 of my full grown children and my sister and we had to share beds, it’s not what I paid for. This property will not sleep 7 people, unless you want to crowd in small beds or sleep on a couch.

Not the cleanest

1) Upon check in I took off my flip flops and it didn't feel as if the floor had been swept in weeks. Moved the dining room table and chairs just a couple feet to the side and it was obvious nobody had moved the chairs last time they DID sweep.2) Bath towels were hanging neatly on all the racks in the bathrooms and every towel was wet. Not damp, wet. Nobody could have hung these up without knowing it. Then it's the conundrum on whether they were washed but not completely dried, or, just hung up wet after showers. First thing we had to do was wash/dry all the towels.3) Moldy/musty smell permeated the condo. We know the conditions on Hilton Head Is, but we have rented over a dozen residences on the island and have never experienced this. My wife was getting headaches from the smell. We tried burning scented candles and using Febreeze, but it was not good.4) We needed 2 parking passes and were told we would have to pay 35 for a second pass. We paid and were told the pass request would be called in to security. We called security to make sure a 2nd pass was there and were told they received no such request. I asked if I should call the property manager and security said not to worry, they'd just print a copy for us. After getting home I checked the listing again and found 2 passes ARE to be included. They are crediting me the fee, but they gave a shot of taking 35 from me for no reason.This was a great location but we won't be returning to this property
