Newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath lake view unit on the ground floor! As you walk through the front door you are welcomed with all the up-to-date modern colors, finishes and furniture. This super chic unit starts here - kitchen offers SS appliances, leather finish marble counters (super durable), shaker soft close cabinets and a designated coffee bar. Master bedroom comes complete with a king bed, 50" tv and chic en-suite bath with stunning vanity and walk-in shower. Guest bedroom comes complete with twin beds (that can be converted to a king), 43" tv, and another chic en-suite bath with shower/tub combo. Get cozy in the living room and enjoy the view from the slider that opens up to the patio with a lake view! Living room offers a 60" tv. Serenata is conveniently located to UTC, Lakewood Ranch, DT Sarasota and beaches! Enjoy all that this lovely community has to offer such as the resort style pool, fitness center, tennis court, grills and sundeck.
