Walk out your door and feel the glow of the sunset and water reflections dockside, from the Heated Pool, or the Tiki hut! Bring your boat or rent one. This Contemporary unit features all new walk in shower, quartz countertops on bathroom vanity and quartz kitchen countertops with new kitchen sink, cabinets and refrigerator. The unit sleeps 4, with 1 queen bed and 1 full-size Serta sofa bed. 65" Smart TV, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks pods, etc. Free Wi-Fi, Fitness Center, Heated Pool, coin laundry and on site Tiki Bar & Grill with Live Music. Close to SRQ Airport, Downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle, IMG Academy, USF, New College, and all area beaches.

Nice if for a two day stay. We had four nights and didn’t have hotel guest access to laundry or breakfast. Inconveniences that would get us to stay elsewhere for a longer stay. But very cute.

Kelly, we wish that you had asked us regarding guest access to laundry as it is absolutely available and breakfast is also available to guests for a $10 fee. Not sure who gave you incorrect information, but we could have remedied both issues immediately.

This unit has been beautifully remodeled with a lot of thought given to the needs of travelers. Cute kitchenette area that sufficiently met my needs. Shower water pressure was great and well designed. This property has a nice pool area overlooking the water inlet. The Tarpon Bay Tiki Bar and Grill had a diverse menu and was fun with different daily activities such as Monday Bingo night. The location was perfect for access to Anna Marie Island and Longboat Key beaches as well as Sarasota. Would definitely stay in this unit again,

Very cute & clean room facing the water. There's a little tiki hut that we drank our morning coffee at. Everyone at the Ramada was super friendly and we loved the Tiki bar. The owner got back to us quickly when we had a questions. Would stay again!

We were not aware of any "construction or swingers party" and could have intervened on your behalf if we had timely known. We are also sorry that you do not approve of the quality of our contractors finishes that you found subpar. We completely renovated the unit two years ago using contractors who also work for many of the top home builders in the area.

Hi Jen, we are sorry that your stay wasn't optimal!! We take pride in the waterfront location, decor and cleanliness of our unit. Likewise, we were happy to accommodate your last minute early check-in request! The front desk is there for any inconveniences, such as the noisy guest you experienced. Once notified they will take care of that issue. As the Tiki Bar is independently owned, and an open air location with a lot of seating along the dock way as well, the few smokers are usually not a problem. We hope you will visit again if you find yourselves in beautiful Sarasota!!
