My name is Teresita and I was born and raised in Mexico. I have visited Playa del Carmen since 1995. With more than 20 years of experience in tourism and property management for 4 other condominiums and having visited Playa del Carmen for the last 28 years, I know the area and its surroundings inside out.

If you are planning to visit Mexico Playa del carmen for the first time or you are a frequent visitor, Ipana condominium is very close to the downtown area and has so many nice places to visit very close, of course the beautiful beach on the Caribbean Sea and the world-famous 5th avenue!!
Soon we will have another 4 beautiful studios just 2 blocks from Ipana in Playa del Carmen just a few steps from the beach and 5th Avenue!!
I speak English and Spanish.
