Great Location! Our home is minutes to downtown Punta Gorda and the NEW Sunseekers Resort! We're less than 2 miles off of I-75 on a tranquil cove. Directly on a saltwater canal, manatees, dolphin and fish frequent our canal which offers sailboat Gulf access just off of the Peace River on Charlotte Harbor. Sarasota and Tampa are to the North and Ft. Meyers, Naples and Miami to the South. Convenient to local shopping and restaurants. Fish or boat in our backyard (bring your own boat or rent one nearby) from our 80 ft seawall. Come lay back and enjoy all that beautiful Charlotte Harbor, the Tarpon fishing capitol of the world, has to offer.

Bring the Boat

Home sits on canal that gives access to the Peace River or Charlotte Harbor . Only takes a minute or two to idle ( 22' Pathfinder w/200hp )into the river from the back yard . Had a wonderful time fishing , cruising and sight- seeing the river . O ya the cottage, LOL. It was nice, clean, and had what we needed. Tons of restaurants near bye . Stayed 5 nights , wish it was more .

Not good

Clean cottage. Tv streaming only internet line cut. Couldn’t use backyard.description misleading . It was in a neighborhood, couldn’t see the harbor or get to it.no curtains in a very important area.

Nice little cottage

My husband and I were very comfortable staying here. Very clean and well stocked. Nice quiet neighbor. The owner is very accomodating.

The website accurately described the lovely, clean home!! Nice area! Thoroughly enjoyed our quiet stay & how close everything was! We'd rent again in the future! Mercer's Coffee shop was awesome too!!

Christmas get away

The Punta Gorda property was a great value for our Christmas get away. The location is very good with easy access to activities and amenities. Being located on a dead end street made it quiet and the canal behind was nice to relax by. The house was as described, well equipped and a good layout.

Our home on Charlotte Harbor is the getaway that you want where you can do as little or as much as you want. Sit back, relax and enjoy all that the Sunshine state has to offer. The cottage has been totally updated throughout so you will enjoy a new home feel with comfortable charm. The biggest benefit of our home is that it is on a saltwater canal that leads to the Gulf of Mexico. With unlimited water activities from fishing to boating and everything in between, your sure to enjoy your time in our little slice of paradise. Ideally located less than 2 miles off of I-75, you have easy access to all that the entire state of Florida has to offer. Beaches, amusement parks, live theatre, golfing, you name it we have it.
