Spend your time relaxing by the seasonal community pool or unwinding on the large private wrap around balcony overlooking a tranquil creek. With easy access to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, this Smoky Mountain spot will keep you busy all year long!

Complete with all the comforts of home, this cozy Smoky Mountain condo invites your small group of family or friends to have a fun-filled retreat in Tennessee!

This is a spacious, fourth floor end unit (unit 401) that includes a sunny breakfast nook and a wrap around balcony! There are only a few of these units within the building.

Great location, easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg attractions. Short drive to Smoky Mountain National Forest. Condo was spacious and well stocked. Would definitely stay here agsin.

Condo was clean and spacious. We loved the balcony and listening to the creek at night. Plenty of onsite parking. There are a few restaurants and a grocery store near by. The walk into town was a little much for us but overall great experience

I loved the space. The shower in hallway had barely any water pressure but other that that everything was great! Very cozy and location was wonderful. We even saw a bear outside the parking garage.

Spacious and cozy with a convenient location! Plenty of amenities including cookware, utensils and linens. Also has a small air fryer. The fireplace is a great feature! The WiFi was pretty good especially for the area (in my opinion). The washer and dryer is small in size but very efficient. We did not even use the second bedroom or bath but both were spacious. The balcony is huge - we didn't really use it but I walked out to check it out!

Beautiful view, convenient location

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was large and perfect for our family of 4. Everything was clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided and all of our questions were answered promptly! We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the creek while drinking our coffee and planning our day. The condo was in a great location which allowed us to walk to breakfast and to the main drag in Gatlinburg.

Comfortable convenient location

Walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg and all it's attractions. Quiet upper floor unit. Plenty of parking. Spacious, clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this condo and it's a great place. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience in location as opposed to when we used to stay up on one of the mountains with dark, steep, curving roads. We are all in our mid-70's now so this is totally much more easier on older folks.

We've been coming to Gatlinburg for decades. We've rented 10 bedroom cabins for the family all the way down to one bedroom and multiple condos. One thing they all had in common was they were not cleaned well...not well at all. Those experiences made this condo a delightful surprise. Every square inch of it had been cleaned well. All the furniture was dusted, the bathrooms and the kitchen were clean and beds were comfortable with obviously clean bedding. Great working appliances and everything you would need in the kitchen. I was more comfortable in this condo than I was in all the other rentals we've ever had put together. We loved it and we will absolutely be coming back here! Thank you so much!

Another Great Gatehouse Vacation

Location was perfect for us. Short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Short drive to a grocery store and restaurants. Condo was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The weather was nice enough for us to enjoy sitting on the balcony to watch and listen to the stream rushing by. Nice parking space in the garage. We will definitely stay at the Gatehouse again.

Great place to stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was in a great location. Close to downtown but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The unit was clean and comfy. We really enjoyed all the games that were available. We only live about 2 hours from Gatlinburg and have already said we will be returning here next time we decide to visit.

Great location

Very clean and comforting! Great place to stay. We spent most of our time in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Force, but when we were at the condo we loved sitting on the balcony. We will definitely visit again. Britt was a great host and thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo.
