3 bedroom 2 bathroom rambler located minutes from wine, restaurants, movies and stores. Keyless entry, access to 2 car garage and full size washer and dryer. Wifi, Netflix and Hulu.
The space
Clean newly built home with new beds and furniture throughout. Spacious master suite, bath and master closet. Washer and dryer on site for longer stays.

For EV charging, a Wallbox Plus has been installed in the garage.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house with keypad entry.
Other things to note
Host and Co-host are available should you have any issues or questions. We are open to suggestions for this location.

Clean and comfortable

Absolutely zero issues with our stay. The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the Tri Cities. Felt like home!

Girls Fun Weekend

Four of us stayed at this property for a long weekend get away to golf. We had a wonderful time. The house is modern, comfortable, spacious for four people and clean. The location is close to outdoor activities. There is a small patio in the back yard with patio furniture to enjoy lounging outside during nice weather. We’d stay at this property again. The owner is very responsive when I asked questions. He was easy to work with and friendly.

Great location. Close to Wineries and golf

We came for wine tasting and golfing and this house was very centrally located. Extremely clean and the host Cody was very responsive throughout booking process and while we were there. Would definitely come here again.

Wine Weekend Success

Great location to Red Mountain and other wineries. Had a lovely time with family and the Host was quick to respond when we needed additional bedding.

Wonderful house

Had a great stay at the house. So new and clean!! Only 2 out of the 3 showed up to stay so one bed was never used. I did clean everything before I left but forgot to run the dishwasher. I hope the unused bed makes up for it. Over all I would highly recommend this place!! Even had a charger for electric cars if you have one!

Perfect getaway

This house is in a perfect location. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to restaurants and shopping. Very clean and just as the pictures showed. The owner was easy too work with and very responsive to questions as we planned our trip. Would definitely stay again!

Nice Place!

Three coworkers were in the Tri-Cities area for a week. We are there annually and have stayed in several local hotels. We tried this location and we were very pleased with our stay. The property was as advertised, and the host was great.
