Great condo

We loved our stay. It was very nicely updated. Had a pack n play and high chair for our toddler. The furnishings were also toddler friendly. The view was great and a very quiet unit. We would stay here again.

Family stay

This unit was very nice. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. It is very spacious and has very comfortable beds. The agents were very helpful and attentive to our questions and resolved a minor issue immediately.

Blue Ocean Views

This unit has beautiful views from the lanai and master bedroom. The apartment has been exquisitely decorated with gorgeous artwork. All minor questions and concerns were quickly answered and resolved via text. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and roomy bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, comfortable living and dining rooms. The view from the deck of the ocean is perfect and was a lovely place to eat dinner and watch the sunset.

Nicely upgraded, spotless, great amenities

Beautiful upgrades! Love the ocean decor and plush carpeting. Felt like we were the first guests to stay there. We wanted to be close to the Wailea Tennis Club for a pickleball tournament and it was just a short walk. Coming back with tired legs we enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub. We wish we could’ve stayed longer but will definitely look into this next time!

Location is great, just a quick drive to the beach and 2 pools on site. CB vacations was a breeze to deal with, they were always very prompt in responding to emails and everything went off without a hitch. Would definitely rent again!

Needs maintenance and new appliances

This unit is very tired and needs some maintenance. The front screen door hinges are coming off the door frame. The appliances need to be replaced including dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. I would pull this unit from your VRBO listing until the owner takes care of these issues. We called the office twice to report the screen door, mostly because when we opened the main door the geckos would come. There were no shelves on the door of the refrigerator

Nice time at Grand Champions

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great time on Maui. The unit was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. The golf course was a nice backdrop when we enjoyed breakfast on the lanai. I would recommend that a map of the unit's location and the parking space should be sent as part of the email with information about checking in. We arrived after dark and had a difficult time figuring out where our unit was and where to park. We actually had to stop in the middle of the parking lot so that we could walk around and check the stall numbers in the dark. It would also be great if the location of the pools were given, especially the one for kids. We walked around and it and was about to go to one pool but it was only when another guest mentioned that there was another pool for kids. We wandered around not knowing where it was. Other than that, it was a nice experience overall.

I would NOT recommend staying here. The description is not accurate. The place is filthy & needs a DEEP cleaning. The floors are disgusting & the carpets are have stains all over. I had to re mop all the tile floors. Gross. I also had to buy & use alcohol on all the handles in the place. The kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances, and kitchen door handles had old food stuck to them. It was clear nobody cleaned anything. The sheets in the small bedroom had hairs from someone else on the sheets. I had to beg for 3 days for swiffer sheets & new bed sheets. I rewashed all the towels (not clean), and had to clean the dirty fridge out. The location is meh at best. Hard to walk anywhere & minor view of the water. They left zero amenities. Not even some sugar. A few rolls of toilet paperfor TWO weeks & one roll of paper towels. ONE small sponge for cleaning, & barely any laundry pods. Had to buy all. ZERO spices for cooking. Salt & pepper.. That’s it. For what we paid, at least provide some spices!! A guy called security on my son who was playing with a beach ball in the pool. The security made a stink when we were cooking cK on the grill. We are 3 quiet people, not loud. Lastly, the tennis courts aren’t free &only owners can use the table tennis. With all the options available, I would NOT recommend staying here. There is clearly NO oversight on the cleaning & you’re calling offshore for help. Food & toiletries on Maui are very now. As in double from last yr.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the villa was a decent place during our stay, with a couple areas that could be improved. - Fridge ice machine appeared to have mold underneath- second bathroom shower did not appear very clean (shower base was dirty) - main bathroom fan was loud and sounded like it needs a repair - beach chairs were broken (broken support on one and broken arm on another) - sun shade umbrella would be a good addition, we purchased a cheap one and left it in the unit Overall bed was comfortable and when we had an access issue the PM team was quick to respond and get that sorted for us.

Due to high winds and improper use, we have to have a waiver filled out prior to delivering a umbrellas. Umbrellas for the lanai are prohibited by the association (again due to high winds).
