Great home away

I found The place to be wonderful . Everything in the kitchen and pantry was well organized , new flooring and a beautiful interior decorated made it feel like a home. View of the swimming pool is nice to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning. Anthony add Barry were very hospitable and accommodating, they checked in to ask how’s the trip and the rental . There’s piano and a guitar in the unit is a unique touch . They also have a rental car in Turo . I haven’t used it as I found out about it too late . The beach is about 20 min walk, I highly recommend the place and will definitely be back .

Beautiful condo

This condo was workable for my family, the pool was right outside the lanai - the bedrooms were great - loved the closets and pantry - very well stocked. Close to the lagoons and the shopping center located nearby. Morning walks was fabulous. Our hosts were helpful and amazing! There was a piano and guitar which my oldest grandson and his mom enjoyed!

Okay stay

The condo is well located near the pool and spa, and within walking distance to the lagoons, restaurants, and shopping. Bedroom closet space was ample and there were plenty of soft bath towels, soap and shampoo. Upstairs bed and baths were clean. We arrived 10 minutes before 2pm to check in and were greeted by one owner in the driveway asking us “What time did he (the other owner) tell you? Check in is at 3pm.” I showed the confirmation for check in at 2pm, and we waited outside in the rain for 20 minutes for the owner to vacate. Not a great way to extend a warm welcome. Cleanliness was an issue downstairs. The kitchen trash can had residue under the lid that smelled bad. (We cleaned it.) The oven had not been cleaned. The pullout sofa had food under the cushions. The vacuum filter was clogged. (We cleaned it.) About halfway through our visit a very foul odor came from under the stairs. We discovered multiple rattraps and one dead roof rat, which we removed. If the owners invest in a professional cleaning service, they’ll have a fine place in a great location to rent. We hope that’s what they do.

Anthony Grew up swimming at the beautiful beaches of Australia that being Bondi Beach in Sydney. Barry was in the US Coast Guards so hence he loves the water too. We are both family orientated people. We love having happy people in our home. We want you to make it feel like your home too.

Our property is situated in the beautiful Ko Olina Resort area. So far away from the Hussle and Bussle of Waikiki. The resort area has so much to offer you for your holiday. There are 4 safe swimming lagoon areas within walking distance of our condo. There are also local restaurants to sample with the most amazing atmosphere and food that the Aloha spirit has to offer. Our condo is comfortable, clean has everything you need for your stay to be prefect for you Also, for the area is affordable

Our condo has a lot of unique benefits. We have Smart TV'S in every bedroom including the lounge room. The music lovers we have you covered as well. We have a digital piano and guitar in the lounge room for the budding musician. We are also close to the communal pool area. We have a Vehicle which we Turo with any booking for you whilst you stay with us. As you know rental cars can be expensive and unattainable in Hawaii.
So that is just a few of the Benefits our condo has to offer you.
