We are so glad you enjoyed the spectacular ocean, mountain and sunset views, as well as the beautiful grounds and pools, they truly are some of the things that make the Beach Villas so special. We appreciate your comments and want to clarify a few items. The sleeper sofa was replaced approximately two year ago, although we understand that sleeper sofas may not provide the same comfort as a traditional bed. A dish-drying rack is provided for hand-washed items, including the plastic drinkware, and had we known during your stay that you were unable to locate those items or needed additional coffee cups, we would have been happy to assist right away. In the bathrooms, we intentionally provide washable towel-style bathmats so they can be fully laundered between guests and easily washed during a guest’s stay, if needed. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding additional hooks or towel racks in the middle bathroom and will look into adding them for the convenience of future guests. We provide complimentary starter-size toiletries for our guests upon arrival. These are intended as an initial convenience, with guests able to purchase or bring additional personal toiletries based on their individual needs and preferences during their stay. The key-card access system is a property-wide security system established and managed by the Beach Villas and is not something individual villa owners are able to change. We certainly understand that having to use the card frequently can feel inconvenient. We appreciate your suggestions regarding some of the other conveniences in the villa and will take them into consideration. Most importantly, we are happy that you found the condo fabulous, enjoyed the magnificent grounds and pools, and would stay with us again.
