Great Villa!

The villa was perfect for our family trip to Florida. In an ideal location for Disney the villa was clean, well equipped and spacious and provided us with everything we needed. The pool area was great with plenty of room (and seats) for everyone. We hope to be back!

3 Grown up Siblings and all of our families

Reliving Disney and Universal from 30 years ago with my brother and sister, but we brought all of our families along so our kids could make new memories with us and their cousins. This house was perfect for us. The private heated pool was so nice after being at the parks. Very clean.

Our Tortola Family vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property exceeded our expectations. The property was immaculate and the welcome package - bread / milk etc. Was great. The pool was certainly a must and the children didn’t want to leave. In closing I have no complaints and enjoyed our stay.

Great house in a great location

The house was just as described. Very clean, lots of space, well layed out, and a great place for our family to use as home base for our visit to Disneyworld. Getting to the parks was super easy, and there's plenty of stores and restaurants nearby to quickly get any goods you need. We looked at a lot of homes before choosing this one and I'm glad we did!

Second time visit

A good location for Disney and the surrounding area. Property is very clean and well maintained. Some of the electronics are beginning to show some age but dealing with Craig was always excellent including arranging a late check out during the stay. Would recommend this property as it is a great base for anyone looking to visit Disney World or Universal.

Exceptional

Everything was as pictured in the listing and very clean. You can tell the owners care about their home and keep it well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and my toddler enjoyed the playgrounds. We saw turtles, birds, bunnies in the backyard while relaxing by the pool. It's really a wonderful rental and we would definitely book again.

Great stay

House was great for our family. Very quiet area and close drive to Disney and restaurants. We were disappointed with the lack of supplies. No extra toilet paper. There was no paper towel, Kleenex, liquid soap, dishwasher detergent, liquid dish soap, salt and pepper, We were asked to start towels but there was no laundry soap.

The house was very beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and the decor was lovely. Everyone enjoyed the pool and patio, the pool table, and foosball. Summer Holidays

Great location for the theme parks, spacious house with well appointed rooms and amenities including plenty of beach towels. Perfect air conditioning, handy games room and comfortable cinema room. Clean, tidy and well maintained inside and out. Good WI-FI and sizeable pool for family use. Kitchen full of all essential items and great to have constant ice. Emerald Island resort well maintained and staff very helpful. We had a wonderful holiday!

Great Villa in a fantastic location

Stayed in Emerald Island several times but first time in this villa. It really was first class. The booking process was simple and the owner was very quick to respond to any queries via the VRBO App. There was a hiccup getting in to the villa as the key-box battery had run out, but the US based management team were absolutely perfect. Issue was fixed immediately. We had another couple of very minor issues during our stay and again the management team were just a call away and responded immediately. I really could not fault the villa, location, owner and management folks in the US. If we end up going again this would be my fist choice villa for the family

Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family vacation with 13 people and had everything we needed. The house is centrally located to hit all the attractions in Kissimmee and Orlando. Having the pool and hot tub was a must have and kept the kids busy every afternoon/evening. We would have loved if the property had a grill available to guests, but it didn't cause any big issues, we just adjusted our dinner plans. The gated community was an added benefit with additional security. The house was very clean and well stocked. We all had a wonderful time and couldn't think of any suggested house changes beyond a grill. Would 100% recommend to others looking to accommodate a large family. Thanks Craig for all your help!

The only thing I can say is this is the best house we have booked, It was clean comfy and spacious. They had everything available like you would in your own home. They even left us some essential goods(coffee, sugar, milk, eggs, bread, butter and jam and little boxes of cereals. We left happy with no regrets the pricing was also fair and my family and kids enjoyed the stay and this house. When we go on vacation we will I’ll definitely book this house again. The only thing that didn’t work was the temp on the jacuzzi unfortunately and the number they have for maintenance never responded either but the rest was great. I give it 5 stars. And appreciate the opportunity to have been there.

Christmas in Orlando

My husband and I planned a trip for our two children and their families. The house was wonderful for the 10 of us. Each adult couple had a master and every kid had his/her own bedroom. The only complaint was the pool. Although it was heated, it would not get comfortable for swimming until the air temp was above 75 degrees for a couple of days. Because Florida was unseasonably cool, we could only use the house pool for 2 days. On a positive note, the clubhouse pool was quite warm so we were able to swim there in 48 degree temps on Monday and 52 degree temps on Tuesday.

Relaxing stay close to Disney

We had a good time. Property is as described. Hot tub and pool was nice to have. Hot tub reached a good temperature. Pool couldn’t keep up with the colder temperatures even though it was “heated”. Kids enjoyed it but after a couple minutes back into the hot tub! Cleanliness was very good. We felt very safe in the gated community. Good location. Takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Disney parks and it’s easy driving. Cons: You are not allowed to control the thermostat above 74 degrees and it was cold at night many of the days. Only an issue if you visit during the winter but that was frustrating. I also noticed on one day that I couldn’t turn the thermostat below 72 degrees upstairs to cool. Ceiling fans are nice throughout. Patio door alarm was incredibly frustrating. You can’t open the door without an ear piercing alarm going off in 5-10 seconds throughout the entire house unless you hit the button by the door non stop. Basically you can’t keep the windows and doors open at all in this house. The dryer didn’t dry so well but overall expect everything to be about 10-15 years old. TVs and furniture were fine, a little dated but comfortable and the TVs we used were smart TVs but it took me a little time to figure out how to operate them.(just a heads up not a criticism at all) Overall: it was very good. Would stay here again. Owner and property manager are good communicators.

Excellent experience

We had a 13 family members from England and Canada stay for two weeks in Golden Palms. It was perfectly equipped for all of us. We used the large pool area every day and appreciated the many chairs and loungers. We also really liked Emerald Isle and it’s location with regard to restaurants, shopping and of course Disney. I spent a lot of time making sure we had the perfect house for our holidays and we all agreed that this was it.

A lovely clean spacious villa with all amenities needed.and a lovely pool

Ohio Family Reunion

The house was excellent. Everything as described in VRBO. Seven bedrooms gave everyone their own, private space which can be critical when you merge 3 families and 13 people! Easy access to the theme parks was certainly appreciated, given the normal congestion on I-4. If Florida is in out future, we'll be back to Emerald Isle!

Amazing home in a perfect location!

We had an amazing time at this property. It had tons of room. It was partially furnished which really helped end a long travel day with avoiding a busy store. The pool was used daily along with the game room. There’s plenty of room for everyone to be together or have some separation in the home. It’s located in a secured gated community with great service and response from the owner and property managers. The location is central to food, shopping and Disney. We would definitely stay here again.

Great holidsy

Was exactly as it says…. Stayed numerous times on this estate it’s close to Disney and parks etc near the shops and restaurants. The house fitted us all in comfortably pool was great. Couple of wee problems that management had issue with but contacted owner direct and he sorted it out asap. We we’re very pleased overall and had a great stay.

Our family first visited Florida in 1995 and have made it a regular holiday destination ever since. After our first few visits we discovered Emerald Island Resort and continued to rent villas there as it is superbly located and all the villas are of outstanding quality. We enjoyed Florida so much over the years that we decided to buy two villas in Emerald Island Resort and would like to welcome you into one of our homes for a wonderful vacation.

The Emerald Island Resort is superbly located on the US192, just 3 miles (10 minutes drive) from Disney World yet secluded in a gated community surrounded by a conservation area for those relaxing evenings.

Our villa is so close to Disney World that we can visit the theme parks in the morning, come back during the evening to relax and cool off in the pool and have a bite to eat then return for more fun and fireworks at the theme parks! The south facing pool overlooks a lake and conservation area, perfect to enjoy the Floridian sunsets. Our villa isn't just close to Disney World; Universal Studios and Sea World are within a 25 minute drive to! There is a large supermarket just over 1 mile from the villa and superb restaurants are all located within a couple miles. Even on the days when we relax at the villa there is plenty to do, the games room with top of the range pool table and foosball keeps the family entertained for hours
