Enjoy your next vacation in this exquisite 2 bedroom, ground-floor condo in the Bethany Bay community! The community comes with excellent amenities including a seasonal outdoor pool, playground, and sports courts. The community also has a nine-hole golf course that is available for guests after purchase, making this property excellent for golf weekends. The Neighborhood is dog friendly including walking trails. community dog waste stations and our unit is surrounded by a 1/2 acre of community green space. Your furry friend will love sitting on the finished back porch looking across the bay at the wildlife.

There are no stairs to climb in this beautiful ground-floor condo. The fully stocked kitchen comes with everything you need for a meal at home, along with a Keurig and slow drip coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and glass cooktop with oven. The dining area sits inside the kitchen and the table seats 6. The spacious and comfortable living room comes with a large sofa and sofa bed, additional chairs, and a large TV for movie night. The enclosed porch is perfect for morning coffee, seeing the beautiful sights, bird watching, and catching those gorgeous sunsets. There are bikes, beach chairs and a beach cart for guests to use. This condo is Dog Friendly, for medium-sized dogs, less than 50 lbs. No more than 2 dogs allowed per reservation. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog.

The first bedroom, near the front door, comes with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and TV. The primary bedroom comes with a king bed, ceiling fan, and a large-screen TV. The en suite bathroom for the primary bedroom comes with a shower/tub combo. A hallway bathroom sits in between the 2 bedrooms and comes with a shower/tub combo as well. Enjoy this excellent condo for your next vacation!

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**

Nice Place and Views!

The first floor condo was clean, the view was wonderful and it had all we needed. A little further out than we usually stay, but the neighborhood was great!

A wonderful vacation

From the moment we walked in the vacation was already better. Having a place that is clean and beautiful is amazing. We often sat on the screened in porch and watched jets from Dover fly over. We are already planning on using the same rental again because it was perfect. Highly recommend.

Great spot

Great condo and location! Accommodated six very comfortably. Appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, large eating and living areas, and porch to catch great sunset views over the water/marsh. Nice pool and walking paths. Only recommendation would be more comfortable seating on the porch (and don't need fake tree/wreath with amazing natural views).

Perfect Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in early summer 2024. The Bethany Bay Community was beautiful and was the perfect getaway our young family of four and our dog needed to start off our summer. We enjoyed the community pool, biking around the neighborhood together and taking walks with our dog. Beautiful sunsets as well. Everything was as described in the listing. Extremely clean and accommodating. We'll be back!

Great getaway

Location was as clean as expected with being pet friendly. There was a vacuum, so it was no problem. The location was on an end and very quiet. It was a short drive to most activities, but the pool was very nice! The staff were helpful and quick to resolve issues or concerns. Overall a very nice experience.

Everything was just as they said. Clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and no hidden fees. Would stay again Only thing needed would be maybe another frying pan and pot for those who want to cook, but who wants to cook on vacation lol!

All the conveniences of home

The overall feel of the unit was very welcoming and homey. The furniture and bedding were in good condition and comfortable. There were many thoughtful items in the unit that made it very functional. Hooks and shelving in the master batch. A well equipped kitchen. A book of suggestions for dining and entertainment nearby. Bikes and beach supplies available. The whole community is well maintained. Very dog friendly. Looking forward to staying again for an extended period.

Spacious and Comfortable

This house was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were great firmness and the house is well supplied with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc. Everything was as described and worked well! There is no hair dryer so be sure to bring one. Also, the patio furniture isn't that comfortable but the view is spectacular from this home. The pool and kayak/SUP access were also great amenities.

Ocean View Stay

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was very clean, decorated very nicely and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with high quality cookware. We really enjoyed the small screened in porch and watched the deer every morning and evening. It was very quiet while we were there in the beginning of May. The only issue we had was not being able to use the fitness center that was apparently not available to renters. We would have paid extra to be able to use it, I'm guessing this is no fault of the owners, and has to do with rules in the community.
