This property was amazing the house had everything you need. The location was great to visit Corning , Watkins Glen and around the lake for the many wineries. A short ride to Ithica to view a few waterfalls. Tammy and Guy were wonderful hosts quick to respond to our questions. We would absolutely stay again when we will be in the area.

We had a wonderful stay for our group of 5 women for a girls trip! The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Although it’s located on a main road, the house is set back in a secluded, wooded area, which made it feel very private and peaceful. The large deck was one of our favorite features, perfect for enjoying drinks while surrounded by the trees.The location was also great, only about a 10 minute drive to Corning. The house was ready earlier than expected, which was a huge plus and allowed us to drop off our things before heading out for our glass-blowing reservations.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We visited Corning and stayed at this very comfortable home. We had an issue with the upstairs AC but the owners came and fixed it immediately. Loved all the natural light in this home.

The pictures and descriptions don’t fully convey how wonderful this property is. It was truly one of the best, most well-stocked, and accommodating vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and having the outdoor grill was a great bonus. We especially enjoyed the outside fire pit during the crisp fall weather, as well as relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. While the driveway was a bit intimidating at first with the sharp turn and winding hill, it was completely fine and added to the lovely sense of privacy.The convenience and location of the home was also terrific. Very close to many wonderful destinations in the area! It truly felt like a home away from home and Tammy was great as well answering any questions I had. Great stay! I hope to be back soon to explore the area even more.

The house was wonderful, just as pictured in the listing. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, and the deck view in the morning. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We are hoping to return again next year!

Great Stay

We loved this home for our stay in the finger-lakes. Lovely home, with everything you need. The big table and gas fire pit were wonderful for family games. Large kitchen that allowed us to work together in meal prep, made it easy. Definitely a home away from home!.

We enjoyed our time here, it was exactly what we were looking for. The house was well maintained, clean, quiet and secluded. Tammy and Guy were easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area again.

Friends annual trek

Six of us stayed in the Finger Lakes for a long weekend. The house is conveniently located to be able to easily do all that is available in the area. We had a great time!

Hosts were very quick to respond to my inquiries. House was ready sooner than expected. Checkin was a breeze. Home was clean and well appointed. We only stayed for 2 nights while we attended the race.

Beautiful!

We had an excellent, peaceful, relaxing stay in this beautiful, well appointed home. The photos don’t do this home justice. It was beautiful, immaculate and far exceeded our expectations. Our GPS took us to the wrong location and the owners quickly called us and got us right there. We enjoyed the hot tub very much. The shower is absolutely amazing too. Highly recommend and will definitely book again in the future for a longer stay!

Exceptional Experience

This is just a great property with great hosts! My wife is a really good cook and she was delighted with the overall kitchen design and appliances. The house is in a country setting with great deck and outdoor furniture. Peaceful and pleasant. Tammy and Guy were very responsive to questions and requests. We plan on returning next year! Steve

Although the house was beautiful our stay was marred by the constant heat and humidity in the house. There were some portable air conditioning units but they were inadequate. The temperature inside the house stayed in the high 70’s and low 80’s. It was in the 90’s when we arrived. The humidity inside was in the upper 60’s to mid 70’s. It was sticky. First thing in the morning and late at night was ok.

This summer, the Northeast has experienced unusually high temperatures and humidity, with extreme heat warnings issued. To help ensure guest comfort, we have a large portable air conditioning unit in each bedroom and another in the main living area. We always encourage guests to reach out to us with any concerns during their stay so we have the opportunity to address them in real time. We’re genuinely sorry we weren’t made aware of any discomfort during this stay, as we would have done our best to help. Guest satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re always looking for ways to improve.

We loved our time in this property. The area is quiet but still very close to grocery stores. The deck is beautiful and the whole house felt like a well loved home. Some things that were unusual and nice were very well stocked utensils and pans. There are not a lot of check out rules which makes packing up so much easier. We loved our visit here. Communication was also very easy.
