Mother-Son Spring Break Trip

The house, location, amenities, communication- everything was outstanding. Quick walk to pool/beach and so so many shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We didn’t need to rent a car!

We love staying in this neighborhood. We have stayed in several villas here. We were able to bring our dogs and they enjoyed it as well. It was very close to the beach, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.A few things I would note...if you have issues getting up and down stairs then this is not the place for you as there is no bedroom on the first floor. Plenty of bathrooms; one on the first floor and two on the second. If you are an active person, this location is the place to be because there are tons of sidewalks right next to rosemary and alys beach.

Excellent family beach house

This location was exactly what we needed for 2 parents with 2 young kids. Great location close to the beach and everything we wanted to go to. Very well maintained property with great amenities. Highly recommended.

Summer stay

Shelia, the property manager, was so nice and very responsive via text and cell phone. The house was lovely, and its location is fantastic. Great stay with family!

Relaxing Stay at Sunset Seeker

Location, location, location this house has it. Near the pool and beach access. The house has a wonderful outdoor space on the lower level to sit and chill and bedroom balconies to sit and read a book. Guarded gaited community that when you exited is located close to restaurants, Publix, CVS and one of a kind boutiques. I would return again.

Great Stay at Sunset Beach

The property was perfect for our small family and we had a very relaxing stay. It is a very short walk to the beach and pool from the home. It's also easy to walk to restaurants and shops in the surrounding beach communities.

30 A getaway

Another fun week at 30 A! Great food, shopping and accommodations. The weather wasn’t the best for hitting the beach but we still enjoyed some time in the sand. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location!

We stayed there because we were going to the 30A wine festival in alys Beach. We were perfect walking distance between three and Rosemary. Easily walked to breakfast in the morning and the beach is so close! Great house with everything you need!

Cozy villa

It was a great stay! The property is clean and looks like the pictures. It is very close to the beach. Private driveway which was a plus. The courtyard is completely enclosed which was lovely for my dog. 10/10 would recommend.

Winter Weekend Getaway

Great get away for my husband and our 2 dogs. From the beginning communication was great to clarify our booking through checkout. Location is so convenient to access the beach or walk to nearby restaurants shopping. Would definitely book this again!

Lovely, comfortable, has everything needed for a beach weekend.

We came for the Valentine’s Day tour of homes. Sol Seeker is a great jumping off point, central location, close to the tour and fun restaurants and shops. Clean and cozy.

Nice vacation

Good property - exactly as advertised. Super close to the beach - really nice. Only drawback is that beach is by far the most crowded in the area - could not rent chairs (all gone) and had to fight for space on area without rental chairs.

Second time, still great!

Great place for gateway !

What a great place to enjoy quality time. We stayed there for a Labor Day. It’s so quite , clean and it has all essentials that you need when you’re away from home. Communication with property management was top notch!

Best location and beautiful space

Hey his space is amazing! Breathtaking!!! We loved every minute and wished we stayed longer! The house was in perfect clean condition, the pool and beach are so close. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and we will be back for sure !
