Luxury Sea Cabin Guest Suite - Across from Beach

After a years remodel, our downstairs apartment is ready for you! Across from the best surfing beach in the state, 'the Washout,' this 1 Bedroom suite has everything you need for an easy getaway to the island. Just a few steps to the beach, a bike ride to great restaurants, or 15 minutes drive to historic Charleston, this private spot is perfect for couples, surfers, beach lovers, or solo travelers.
The space
This downstairs guest suite is generously proportioned (650sqft) and features a separate bedroom with king size bed, a sitting area with 55" television, and a spacious kitchen with high-quality cookware, utensils, appliances, and bar accessories. We have fast wifi (with extender) along with a 4K Apple TV device, the usual streaming services, and a premium Youtube TV subscription for news, sports, and network TV channels.

Your private entrance to the right side of the home includes a shaded sitting area and an outdoor shower with hot/cold water. There is an easy path to the beach just one house over.

We provide two folding beach chairs, cooler, and a soft-top surfboard for your enjoyment on the beach. We DO NOT provide beach towels, beach blankets, umbrellas, shade canopy, etc. so please bring your own. We kindly ask that do not take our bath towels out to the beach / leave them sandy.

**We are a lively family, we live full-time in the unit above you with an active toddler and a friendly dog. We also rent the upstairs to other guests when we are traveling. While we are respectful of our guest's quiet time, sound does travel in this circa 1963 home and we cannot guarantee silence all day long. Please be our guest with an understanding of that. As noted in the details this listing does NOT include access to our backyard, dock, or storage shed.
