This first-floor Seaside Condo has spectacular views of the beach and Folly Pier and is exactly what you need to truly leave all of your worries behind and enjoy a memorable beach-cation! Access the oceanfront balcony from both the living room and main bedroom where you can relax and enjoy the views. A well-equipped kitchen offers everything you will need to feel right at home and the bright, yet tasteful interior decor is something you won't find anywhere else.

What’s nearby:
This condo is located less than a block from Center Street and an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars. Folly Beach is what you need if you're looking for the best places to try water sports; here you can try your hand at swimming, fishing at the pier, beachcombing, kayaking, surfing, and more. The Absolute Reel Screamer Charters (half a mile away) offers private boat tours that will take you into the estuaries and around Morris Island; here you will see the sixth-oldest lighthouse in the United States. The Pirate’s Cove Playground & Skate Park is the right place if you're looking for somewhere to spend a fun-filled afternoon at; it boasts a basketball court and skate park combo, a tennis court and a playground area themed for Folly Beach with pirates!

We came here for a few days after Christmas for some rest and relaxation. The condo itself was great. It was clean and the views of the beach and the sunrise each day was beautiful. The access to the pier and center of town was all within short walking distance. Our only issue was the construction that was happening at the condo that was not notated on the listing. The work was very loud and happening right outside of windows in rooms my kids were sleeping in. We also left to go into Charleston one day and when we came back the workers were parked in all the parking spots notated for anyone staying at the condo. When I reached out with my concern about the listing, I was just told “sorry for the inconvenience.” I told them I had to park under the residence because all of our spots were taken and was told “please ensure you are parked in your designated spots.” Again, we enjoyed our time other than this issue. Just didn’t seem like anyone was concerned with my concerns.

The host was very responsive and full of helpful tips. We loved this place. Just sitting on the porch with some coffee or a glass of wine was so relaxing. The interior was comfortable and well stocked. The pier was a 1 min walk, as well as downtown. Charleston is a quick 20 min drive. We will be coming back

Check in was easy. The condo is beautiful! Very very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of different sized pots and pans. There is even a crockpot! I loved that we were oceanfront. The patio is fantastic. No obstructed views. The beach is so clean so is the ocean. We will definitely book this again when we return to Folly!

Beautiful condo, slight snafu in check in due to erroneous electronic code. Elevator not working at both checkin and check out. This is a key reason to rent this condo. Elevator also failed at least 2 other times throughout the week. Either make it reliable or get rid of it

Great stay in Folly Beach

I rented this condo with 3 friends for a retirement celebration trip. The property was clean and exactly as described. It came with a starter kit of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc., which was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the furniture on the balcony was great, a high top table with chairs for an unobstructed view of the sea. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. I highly recommend Rita’s, we ate there 3 times. Best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had and the breakfast was excellent as well. You should also visit Bert’s grocery a block over from the condo. Great sandwiches and desserts. The only issue we had was upon arrival when the door code wouldn’t work. A call to the management company quickly resolved the issue. The elevator wasn’t working on the day we left but was working prior to the last day. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Spot for a Getaway

We had a wonderful 2nd stay at this property! The location is amazing… close to everything you need. The condo itself is a good size for 6 people and we really loved each bedroom having its own bathroom. My only recommendation would be to supply plastic glasses to use on the patio. Thanks for having us again!

Unexpected changes

Overall great, but found hand written sign on door stated that assigned parking place was not available for roofing work and would have to pay to park on street. 31.05 that we should be reimbursed. Also could not use balcony an danger to come and go due to roof debris.

Great location- fun for the teenagers!

Had a great time- loved being able to walk everywhere. Condo was as described- needed to walk down a flight of stairs to access the beach but it was nice and close. Be aware that there are no beach towels- we probably should have checked this more closely but no available beach goodies (towels/chairs/toys)- everything needs to be purchased or rented (unless you plan better than us and bring them along). They had lots of "starter" items which was nice, little bit of oil, spices, salt/pepper, coffee filters, dishwasher/laundry soap. No extra garbage bags. Check out process was easy. Only glitch was that the electronic lock code sent in the email was incorrect but we called and they quickly fixed it and provided a new code. We had a great time!

Cute and perfect location

We had a little bump in the road getting into the condo with the entry code not working, but they were quick to respond and get it fixed. The Condo itself was cute with its beach theme, clean and perfect for our family with each getting their own bathroom. It nice being able to walk straight into the beach.

Perfect Beach Getaway

First time visiting Folly Beach and we thoroughly loved it! Great beach town with lots of great restaurants and places to relax. The oceanfront villa's location and furnishings exceeded our expectations. Loved the balcony and view of the ocean!!!

Nice clean property

Very nice property for a few days of playing on the beach. We did have to call to check in because the code provided didn’t work but it was a quick and easy fix. Otherwise it’s a clean property within walking distance of a variety of shopping and food options.
