Welcome to my sleek and stylish one bedroom open concept concrete Loft, located in Chinatown near: Gastown, Yaletown, Rogers Arena, BC Place and of course the famous seawall! The area is filled with the hippest restaurants, cafes and bars with very local edgy vibes.

My apartment is beautifully furnished and set up to make your stay comfortable and complete:

Great apartment

Stayed here because of close proximity to BC Place and had a wonderful stay. Apartment was easily accessible and clean.

Dated decor in a transition neighborhood of Vancouver

Not worth the cost. The inside was clean but dated with old Ikea style furniture. On the TV stand, there was a hand written sign (with grammar mistakes) that required me not to open the balcony door as it was broken. One of the bathroom lights was burned out and the bedroom rug was not clean. Upon request to fix the door and light, management could not provide an estimate to fix. Do not stay here. Please stay downtown. This management company is interested in making a profit not providing a service.

Great location to B.C Place

We stayed for 2 nights while we were down for a concert. The walk to B.C place was an easy 15 minutes! The apartment was as advertised, we enjoyed the comfortable King size bed. My only negative is the cleanliness, there were crumbs on the counter, the under side of the toilet seat was not clean, the rug in the bedroom was full of hair and dust bunnies. It also smelled like someone cooked broccoli directly before we arrived. Overall it is a good location if you are needing to be in the B.C place area, as well the SkyTrain is a short 15 min walk away.

Effective, pleasant

Easy, effective, pleasant- the balcony door handle was missing (I like fresh air) but otherwise it was fine! There was a window that cranked open. Check-in process was entirely automated, I didn't mind whatsoever. Worked well.

Overall great with only one small problem

Easy check-in, terrific location, clean & attractive space. Stocked with all the basics and, even if the sofa is not listed as a place to sleep, it is a comfortable bed for anyone who is not a professional basketball player. Requested a blanket and the person on the phone tried to convince me I didn't need one (?) and then never stopped by with one even after I convinced her to. Otherwise, truly flawless place to stay!

A perfect stay

I have stayed at 3 Vrbo in Vancouver and this is my favourite. Perfect location close to everything and in a safe trendy area with lots of cafés and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The condo is clean, well equipped and feels spacious and inviting. There was plenty of room to do my Pilates in the morning. The bed is big and comfortable.
