Great location! Easy access and walk ability. Mark was responsive and communicative. Yaletown restaurants are fantastic and only a 5 minute walk.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for why we were there. Very clean, smooth check in and great communication with host. Fortunately the weather was cool as the ac unit wasn’t working properly.

Great location. Close walking distance to everything. Place was comfortable and as pictured. The parking process should be a little clearer. To enter the parkade you need a fob which you can’t get until you check into the room - meaning you need to first find street parking. When checking out you need to leave the fob in the room so you then can’t access the parkade to get to your vehicle. We ended up having to call the concierge to let us into the parkade.

Loft style apartment in the middle of downtown Vancouver. There is parking for an extra fee if you need to utilize that. In the uber to check in, the uber went in the back alley (as a shortcut I guess) and people were definitely smoking crack back there or attempting to at least. I mean it’s a city, so kind of expected. A little run down in the lobby, and sort of feels like sketchy hotel vibes. However, the actual apartment is nice enough! Water pressure was great in the shower and bed was comfortable. For the two night stay, it was exactly what we needed. Probably can’t beat it for the price point in downtown. (And if you’re staying for longer there is in unit washer and dryer!).

Spacious, and well equipped. The shower knob was broken and the owner got it temporarily fixed the next day. It made our stay in Vancouver very comfortable.

Great location!

Excellent base for exploring Vancouver. Having sitting, eating and cooking area, Mark's appartment is much more 'livable' than a hotel if you are around for a few days. Perfect location for exploring Vancouver via its excellent public transport system and for nipping out to enjoy the local nightlife. Mark's instructions made getting in and out very easy. Strongly recommended.

Cute Loft in Central Location

This loft was a perfect place to stay on our proper visit to Vancouver. The apartment is located just one block over from the lively Granville street and is not a far walk from the waterfront. This place was in a perfect spot for anyone who desires exploring the city. The place was clean and the cleaning staff upon checkout was beyond kind. Overall, I would book here again

It was clean, the bed was really comfortable. The location is walking distance to everything. The other residents in the building and the building staff are also nice and friendly. The only thing we can complain about is that it took about 15 mins to get buzzed into the building the first time.
