**Please be aware that Perdido Sun is undergoing construction from Mid-October 2024. Loud Noise is expected during the day. During this project they are expecting to have the hot tub closed.** Perdido Sun is your place in the sun. From your own large, beach-front balcony you can enjoy spectacular beach views of the clear emerald waters and dazzling white sand. A kid-friendly complex, Perdido Sun has an awesome indoor pool, outdoor pool and hot tub, grilling area and fitness room. This 7th floor unit has been recently updated including paint, blackout drapes in Living Room, new radiant cooktop stove, wall-mounted TV's, new patio furniture and living room furnishings (UPDATED PICTURES COMING SOON). Ceramic tile throughout. The owners have also stocked the entertainment console with games, cards, dominos and puzzles for your family enjoyment.

Challenging

We had to relocate due to a water leak above us. At first I was livid due to the fact that our new condo was definitely something we would NEVER rent and taking up valuable time on vacation. After calming down we are grateful that we did get a condo in the same complex. Thanks for that.

Relaxing

The property owners kept in contact and made me feel welcome before entering the property. Everybody were friendly and informative. Everything was clean and in order. The bed was relaxing and comfortable. The view was calming and relaxing. The sofa was inviting and comfortable. My husband took plenty of naps on the sofa.

Mostly good

The good: LOCATION!! Great spot on a very nice area of beach. The bad: Firstly this is run by a management office which is fine but you have to go to another building to gain access to the unit. When driving a long distance this is inconvenient both when tired from the trip there and trying to get on the road early to get home. I prefer units w keypad entry. Secondly, the unit had small roaches in the kitchen and bedroom. Probably because the unit is across the hall from the trash we discovered. This forced a trip to the store for roach spray. Third the pull out couch is useless. Thin bumpy pad on top of springy pull out. This unit is a good value for 2 people who want to enjoy a beautiful beach.

1st visit to Pensacola

Great location, views, and property. Unit was clean, comfortable, updated and short walk to lunch/dinner options. So glad we chose this property for our first visit.

Working Vacation

Location to my conference was great. Balcony facing the Gulf was my favorite place while not in a meeting. Kitchen was well stocked with serving dishes, small appliances and a great fridge and stove.
