Riverside Paradise!

Enjoy beautiful views and soft breezes from this island oasis! Recently renovated unit in the coastal contemporary style. The Riverside Club has the most water frontage of any complex on Marco River and is a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The community has two pools and whirlpools, tennis courts, grilling areas, and a fishing pier. Marco Island is world renowned for its white sandy beaches, lush island landscaping, and outdoor lifestyle with wide sidewalks for bicycling and walking all over the island as well as water sports, golfing and boating.

Property was just purchased in late October 2022. The previous owner's didn't rent the condo.

Excellent Owner Engagemwnt!

The property is exactly as described! Wonderful new lanai that offers excellent views and access to the outdoor fresh air and sea breezes! Despite difficulties getting in to the condo, it all got sorted out. Each time I called, the owner answered and was attentive and solved my challenges quickly. Definitely will consider staying here again!

The Perfect Slice of Paradise!

Stacey's condo has absolutely everything you would need for your vacation whether you're there for a few days or a few weeks. The location is superb - walking distance to some great restaurants (don't miss the Smith House for breakfast) and biking distance to just about anything else on the island, so you really don't have to drive anywhere if you prefer not to. The view from the balcony is absolutely lovely. And because it's oriented to the north, it's always shaded throughout the day, making it so very pleasant morning, noon, and night. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, the well equipped kitchen, and the updated finishes throughout the condo. Communication with Stacey both before and during our stay was top notch. She always responded in a timely and friendly manner. We've spent the last few winter vacations along the gulf coast in search of a spot to "snowbird" for a month in our golden years. We may have found it!
