It is surrounded by green lush vegetation, on an 18,500 sqft lot. This luxurious residence is less than 3 miles from the Convention Center, Talking Stick Arena, and D-Backs stadium. You are 1.5 miles from the light rail, and 9 miles from both Tempe & Scottsdale (both 15-20 minute drive). Airport uber is $8.
