The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for making meals and memories together. Dine or play board games at the extra-long dining table. In search of entertainment at home? Gather for a game of ping pong or cards. The fun possibilities don’t end there. Step outside where you can grill, dine alfresco, take a dip in the hot tub, or gather around the firepit.

With over 1662 acres of hiking, nature bluffs, mountain biking trails, and beautiful native forest, this location is a true gem. Whether you’re looking for a leisurely nature walk or a full wilderness excursion, this is the place for you.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was filthy. Sheets on the bed were dirty, floors were dirty, chairs in the dining room were broken, carpet in game room was wet and moldy, hot tub was running when we got there but dirty(couldn’t get in it that way), bathrooms were dirty. Spent one of our days cleaning and washing. Would not recommend

Good be Great

This place coukd be great. Its a beautiful propert but needs so many repairs. There is a leak under kitchen sink that leaked into a bucket and smelled horrible. There were towels racks half hanging on, the caulking around the toilets and showers are black, broken tiles and chairs. With how much they charge on all the extra fees you would think they would maintence the place better. The views are beautiful and so is the land

Nice get away

We had a great time at the property. It was a fantastic location for us to base out of and was so much nicer that staying in town with all the traffic. Really peaceful and clean. Great facilities and a few deer around in the mornings.

Home with potential but a lot of issues

The house has so much potential to be great, very quiet house with tons of space inside to relax and a huge yard with tons of nature around. Plenty of individual beds and rooms so large families/friends can all hangout or get some time to themselves. Unfortunately, the house shows that it hasn't been maintained very well. Dated furniture/linens. Wifi is spotty at best. Multiple towel racks/doors with issues. House not cleaned before we got there. Overall, this could be an amazing place with a bit of effort and TLC.

Property was large with plenty of beds for everyone. The beds were clean and it did have a well stocked kitchen and a ping pong table. In a secluded area with space to roam. It did have many areas that needed repairs.

Mountain top serenity

Amazing views and great for a large family vaction. Beautiful and serene. Stained linens should be replaced but overall an amazing place to have a family vacation. Hiking path onsite that hosts fresh blueberry and blackberry shrubs. Truly amazing.

Great secluded stay - convenient close to town

We loved the property, the drive at wasn’t as rough as we were mentally prepared for as long as you take it slow. The hot tub was a nice addition, kitchen and ample seating came in handy for a meal with the whole family. The fireplace and fire pit both kept us warm - the heater didn’t seem to catch up but we came with warm clothes and were very comfortable 🌞 we would book again in a heartbeat

Getaway

This was a very pleasant home. Secluded in the trees, high upon the hill. The driveway is long and rocky, but the wildlife along the way is plentiful. The home was spacious and cozy. Loved the got tub too. I also enjoyed the big picture window where we could watch the wildlife and the mountains in the distance!

This place has amazing views and is so secluded, yet minutes from town. If you want to get lost in the middle of nowhere and do a mental reset this is your place. Hiking trails, wild life and quiet. Load up your 4x4 sand get this place booked!!! So cool will be back!!!

Must have 4-wheel drive

You have to have four while drive to get to the property or risk getting the bottom of your car ripped out. It’s a nice space, but it wasn’t clean. It was fairly messy when we got there.

Isolated, but still close to Eureka Springs

We had a great time. Our friend is a DJ and could set up outside without worrying about disturbing anyone. The house is spacious, with many accommodations. The grounds around the house are fantastic to explore! Anyone driving in a sedan should be cautious. The road leading to the property has some dips/divots that you can bottom out on. A higher vehicle is probably a good idea.

We never stayed at this property due to significant concerns regarding the road leading up to it. The property's listing inaccurately described the driveway as being one mile long, when in reality, it was roughly three miles long and more akin to a rugged trail than a driveway. This posed a substantial risk to our vehicle, and the absence of lighting and presence of steep cliffs along the roadway only added to our apprehensions. In light of these issues, I would strongly advise potential renters to explore alternative options. The property's remote location makes it difficult to access Eureka Springs, and the lack of transportation services willing to navigate the hazardous road only compounds this problem. The property's listing is misleading, and I would caution against investing time and money. Our attempts to contact the property manager were met with indifference, suggesting that the owner and property manager may not prioritize their guests' satisfaction or well-being.

Needs a lot of updating and repairs. Stains on bedding. Kitchen stove parts were in-operable. Countertops were broken. Lots of junk in the pantry and closets. Land and view were great.

Girls trip

The owner should make sure the house is properly equipped. There were eight of us and only two wine glasses, six coffee cups, and no blender. The house did have plenty of room for all of us.
