Comfy and great location

We traveled here for a Girls Vacay and had 5 women in our party. The house allowed for all of us to have private rooms and it was perfect! We all slept great on the beds and enjoyed the soft sheets. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip

This is a great place for travel near Eureka Springs. We spent time in ES as well as Branson and enjoying site seeing and hiking. 6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. 1 is en-suite. Downstairs 2 bedrooms share a bath and upstairs share a bath. There is a 1/2 bath in the garage where ping pong, foosball, and karaoke are set up. There is a loft bedroom with low ceiling and we didn’t use it. It was a little warm up there but had a box fan to help. Second fridge in lower level was handy for extra room. A/C worked great, WIFI was great, too. Outside deck had dining, gas grill, and hot tub. The last night we had a fire in the outside pit. I would choose this house again if in the area.

Great property

I hosted my sister’s bachelorette weekend here and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is so nice, and within an easy drive to downtown eureka springs. We enjoyed it!!

Wonderful experience! Hot tub was great, everything was so clean and nice and enjoyable. We had so much fun in the garage playing games! Only complaint is that the time flew by way too fast! Great rental!!

we had a great time . We did find giant spider in one bedroom n lower level and a small lake in the closest and a small spider in the other bedroom down stairs. we loved the hot tub but wondered why there were bubbles and a lot of them when jets were on.

Nice home!

Very happy with the home. The property manager was quick to answer our call about a brief question. In addition, we called ahead and were able to check in a few hours early. Nice location that met all our needs.

Absolutely Stunning

My friends and I very much enjoyed this house, it was huge and could accommodate all of us! It had a beautiful lay out, with an area downstairs in the garage as a game room! Had literally the best time! Would 1000 percent rent this vacation home again!

Beautiful home, as described.

The house was beautiful and spacious. There were 11 people in our group, ranging in age from 1 to 70. Everyone had their own space and the house was able to accommodate everyone's needs. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!!

Holiday getaway

Clean, rooms and beds were spacious and comfy. Plenty of towels. No dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, extra paper towels, or large garbage bags were provided and the shampoo was out in a couple of the shower dispensers., but we were able to find some. Some minor issues with the hot tub not working that Tim was able to assist with promptly. Overall it was a relaxing week away with family.

Loved It

We made a great choice when picking this house. Plenty of room for our group. Conveniently located to fishing, mountain biking, hiking, and gorgeous motorcycle roads. HWY 125 is in my top 3 motorcycle roads in the US. There is plenty of parking, two fire pits, and a back deck. Other reviews mentioned a shortage of towels, garbage bags, and dishes. We found there was plenty of these items for our group of 10.

Relaxing, spacious, game room

Our family of six (four teenagers) had a great stay. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. The game room kept the boys entertained every evening while the girls relaxed in the hot tub. If you plan to leave the house a lot it isn't the most convenient location. We went to Branson, Eureka Springs, and Roaring River. It took 15 mintues just to get out of Holiday Island. We loved it though and would definitely stay again. Tim was very responsive the couple of times we contacted him.

Nice property and great location just needed a little more cleaning.

Very nice property. Could have been cleaner. Bottom of the sliding shower doors in the master bath were dirty. The plates and silverware were dirty. The kitchen counter tops had sticky spots. I had Clorox wipes with me and used those to wipe down the areas. Hand washed the dishes and silverware.
