You will be just a very short walk to the Summit Stage - let them do the driving on a snowy day. You have a choice of four ski resorts within a 15-mile drive and for an extra 26-mile drive you will land in Vail.

This well-appointed condo has a beautifully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare memorable homemade meals and quick snacks on the go. There is a gas stove in the center of early morning or evening coziness. With the convenience of an in-house washer and dryer, you will feel right at home.

You'll marvel at the extra comfortable Avocado organic mattresses, the energy efficiency of the entire home, and the in-floor radiant heat. This newly constructed home has the luxury of a heated two-car garage, which makes it all that much more enjoyable to get into your car for an early morning of powder skiing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
