The rental was very clean and fairly well equipped. We did a fair amount of cooking and eating there and had what we needed. We ended up going to the rodeo with friends and the rental was an easy walk to the rodeo grounds. No problem with traffic and parking. Nice place.

Clean 1 bedroom on a little busy corner street. About 5 min drive to downtown. Nice updates. Small kitchen. Was good for my husband and myself plus our small senior dog. The backyard was fenced it appeared all the way. It was a very unique , eclectic backyard. Looks newly remodeled inside. Has a stack washer and dryer in unit. Kitchen seemed stocked with the basics for 4 people. Furniture and bed was comfortable enough. Only negative the blinds on both doors coming into the unit did not work they were up all the time. Easy check in.

The access to the one bedroom is difficult with luggage and not a great idea for seniors. The floors were filthy, wafter my shower the first evening my feel became dark brown from the dirty floors. The sponge left for hand washing dishes was so dirty I threw it away. The noise from the fairgrounds was so loud and went late into the night.I do not recommend this property.

So sorry you feel that way. You have no idea how much extra cleaning has to happen when a pet has stayed.

Best Little Hideaway in Prescott

I can’t say enough how beautiful and clean this place was, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We stayed in the one bedroom on the back side, it has a huge King bed and a pull out bed on the couch, it was so peaceful and the yard is absolutely stunning and so beautiful to wake up to and have your coffee 🤗 will definitely be back!

Adorable Hideaway

This one bedroom unit was a gem! Very charming and cozy. It was a quick drive to experience all of the hoopla of Whiskey Row and located in a cute neighborhood. Yes, it is on a little bit of a busy corner but the noise was not bad! The property is laid out nicely and we enjoyed having coffee on the back porch area in the mornings. We would stay here again!

I love this property because it is in the true heart of Prescott Arizona. Close to the downtown courthouse Square(20 minute walk), close to all ball Parks And trailhead.
